After roughly five months of running…

After roughly five months of running facebook and google ads with their virtual cards, I haven't had a single payment decline. The cards activate ruoght away, and I can set individual spending limits per campaign. That's helped me avoid having my main bank account frozen during ad platform reviews.

After nearly 3 months of using their virtual cards for online shopping across various international website, every single transections has gone through smoothly without declines. Some other virtual card providers I tried in the past kept getting rejected by foreign merchants , but this one works globally without hiccups.

REBUTTAL TO THE OWNER’S LIES: Your Manual "One-Man" Fake Fintech Facade is Exposed!

UPDATE IN DIRECT RESPONSE TO CARDUPNOW SUPPORT:

Nice try spinning this to look like a standard industry dispute, but your response is completely fabricated. As a professional web designer, I am editing this review to expose your lies with hard, technical facts. I use Trustpilot almost daily to audit companies and protect myself from scams—which is exactly how I originally found your site. It is incredibly important to me to expose your operation right here on the very platform you used to deceive me.

I challenge you right now: Provide a single shred of official banking proof, settlement receipts, or cryptographic TX codes to back up anything you just wrote. You can't, and here is why:

1. Rebuttal to: "I am demanding a refund for spent money"

This is a blatant lie. I never asked you for a single cent back. I contacted your live chat with a simple technical question: Where did my balance disappear to? I knew the exact second I sent crypto to your wallet that the money was gone forever. I am editing this review solely to warn the public, not to get money back from a scammer.

2. Rebuttal to: "The transactions were not fabricated or manually created"

They are 100% manual, and I proved it. You claim a $519.04 transaction was "successfully completed." Both PayPal and Google Play officially confirmed that the card was rejected BEFORE the One-Time Password (OTP) verification phase even triggered. You simply took the records from my declined trial transaction and manually typed an "Approved" text log into my history while we were chatting to justify pocketing my money.

To prove your dashboard is a fake, static screen, I waited until you went offline (outside of China's business hours, which is when you are active). I ran a real transaction for 89 Euros. It went through perfectly with the merchant, but because you were asleep and couldn't manually type it into your system, it never appeared anywhere on my website history.

3. Rebuttal to: "Our cards feature active 3D-Secure payment systems"

If they do, why do users have to manually beg you in the support chat to get an OTP code? There is no automated credit card API bridge on your site. When a code is triggered, it goes to your personal device or email, and you have to manually copy-paste it to the user in the Crisp chat widget. Furthermore, immediately after I activated my account, the website suddenly went into a 2-hour "under maintenance" lockdown. That wasn't server maintenance—that was you on the backend manually setting up my profile parameters to prepare the trap.

4. Rebuttal to: "We encourage readers to visit our website and see our transparency"

I absolutely echo the owner’s challenge: Go to his website right now and look at the glaring red flags yourself!

• The $100 Math Trap: If you start with their minimum required top-up of $100, their 5% funding fee drops you to $95. Then they slash a $50 non-refundable activation fee, leaving $45. To move that to the card, they charge another 5% top-up fee. You are left with just $42.75 out of your original $100 before you buy a single thing!
• The Elite Card Scam: The website tricks you into thinking recharging $300 automatically grants "Elite Status." It’s a bait-and-switch. Once you load it, you discover you have to pay a separate $300 one-time fee plus 5% per top-up just to use it. The fancy "VIP tag" is a psychological trick—the card does nothing a free standard Mastercard cannot do.
• The "No Refund" Admission: Their refund policy is total nonsense because their backend is broken. The operator explicitly admitted to me in chat: "Our card can only make payments, not receive payments. Please do not take any payment refunds." The card physically cannot accept incoming merchant returns. If a merchant cancels a transaction, CardUpNow pockets your funds permanently.

The Verdict: This is a manual, back-alley crypto-skimming operation run out of a personal account (like Revolut). You make users manually book the transaction hash codes (TX hash) and upload screenshots just so you can manually flip a switch from "pending" to "approved." You hide behind Cloudflare proxies because you are committing fraud. Stop lying to the public.

P.S. to anyone reading this on Trustpilot: Take a very close look at the rest of the reviews for CardUpNow on this platform. Almost all of them are completely fake, paid for, or fabricated by the owner to inflate his score. The only other real, organic review I see here is from a user named "Ahmed"—everything else is just a manufactured lie to trick you into depositing your crypto. Anyone reading through their review will instantly see through this facade. Please check their profiles and dates again before you risk a single dollar!

We strongly dispute these allegations. The claims made throughout this review are false, misleading, and presented without verifiable evidence.

First, CardUpNow does not have hidden fees. All applicable fees, including activation, funding, and card top-up fees, are clearly displayed on our website before any customer deposits funds. Customers are free to review our pricing and decide whether the service meets their needs before proceeding.

The reviewer voluntarily registered an account, completed account activation, funded the account, issued a card, and used the card. These actions were performed knowingly and after reviewing the available pricing information.

The reviewer repeatedly claims that transactions were fabricated or manually inserted. However, the transaction history associated with the account shows activity across multiple merchants, including Google, PayPal, AliExpress, CHITUBOX, and other services. The account history contains successful transactions, authorization attempts, verification charges, temporary holds, and merchant-specific records. These are standard payment network activities.

The reviewer also claims that funds disappeared without explanation. The transaction records clearly show where funds were used and which merchants processed the payments. We maintain transaction logs and account records supporting this activity.

Another contradiction is the claim that all other customer reviews are fake, while only this review should be accepted as truthful. We leave that judgment to readers. Thousands of customers have reviewed our services, and we encourage everyone to evaluate all available information independently.

Following roughly 2 months of daily use, the simplicity of their dashboard continues to surprise me. I can see all my active cards in one place, check remaining balances instantly, and generate new cards without digging through confusing menus. No hidden fees showed up on my statements either, just the coast they displayed upfornt.

I used CardUpNow.com for about a month

I used CardUpNow.com for about a month, and honestly my experience was disappointing.

The most important thing I noticed is that almost everything on the platform seems to be handled manually by a person behind the scenes instead of being automated like a real fintech service.

First, opening the account cost me $50. After registering, I received my first virtual card, but the card was extremely limited. Almost every payment required me to contact support just to get the authorization code (OTP/AVS), and support responses were slow (not often ). Because of this, many payment attempts failed, yet they still charged around $0.40 for each failed transaction, which was frustrating.

Later, I decided to upgrade to their “Elite Card,” which cost me an additional $300 one-time fee. Unfortunately, after testing it, I found almost no real difference compared to the normal card (just no OTP :) ). In my opinion, it was absolutely not worth the price. The card still had many limitations and could not even be added to Google Pay or Apple Pay.

The biggest issue happened today: my virtual card suddenly disappeared from my account. When I contacted support, they told me it was because the card balance was below $10. The card still had around $7 remaining, but they said low-balance cards are removed anyway. I monitored the card for about two days before it disappeared, which made it feel like the card was manually removed. The remaining funds most likely went back to the issuing bank/account owner.

Overall, my experience was poor:

* Very high fees
* Expensive upgrades
* Too many manual processes
* Limited card functionality
* Hidden frustrations during usage

I personally would not recommend it unless they significantly improve their system and transparency.

During the entire time you used our service, our support team actively assisted you with every issue you faced. Whenever you contacted us through support messages, we responded and tried our best to help you complete your payments successfully. In many situations where payment attempts failed because of incorrect usage or merchant-side restrictions, we guided you step-by-step and helped correct the mistakes.

Regarding the transaction fees, failed authorization charges are part of the banking/issuer processing system and are not manually created by us. Your card balance became very low because repeated payment attempts continued even after previous declines. Despite this, many transactions were still processed successfully after support assistance.

About the Elite Card upgrade, the main difference is reduced OTP/security friction and higher flexibility for certain payment types. It was never advertised as an unlimited or restriction-free card. Compatibility with services like Google Pay or Apple Pay depends on multiple external factors, including issuer support and regional limitations.

Concerning the removed card, cards with balances below the minimum operational threshold may be automatically disabled according to our banking policy and system rules. This is part of the platform policy and not a “manual removal” targeting any customer personally.

We understand that our system may not fit every user’s expectations, but describing the platform as entirely “manual” is inaccurate. Security verification, fraud prevention, and banking compliance sometimes require human review to protect both customers and the platform itself.

We continue improving our services every day, but our policies, banking rules, and system structure will remain in place to ensure long-term stability and compliance for all users.
