It's way better than any online Real Esate classes. I personally attended and learn so much and being 3 years in California I am the #1 in my office out of 35 agents. There iatr certain areaias in Glendale and Valley that I sold more propeties than anyone in history.
If you want to be successful in Real Esate like myself CA Realty is the place to start.

I am so glad I found this onsite real estate class! Laura Welch is the best teacher ever. She goes above and beyond for her students. She not only teaches you the material on the slides but she goes through the book thoroughly. Laura takes hours out of her busy schedule and puts together a study group and helps us actually understand everything to help us pass our test. I absolutely love her!

Great teacher and lesson plans are thorough

I could've saved the extra money and trip twice a week and just paid to take the course online. Everything you need to know is in the books, which you have to read regardless to understand and pass the course exams. Being in the class was not useful as we reviewed basic information but none of it applied to the exams and most importantly the terms. The instructor was nice and informative but not necessary to attend the class (in my opinion).

I like the training a lot and I recommend to anyone. The only reason I won't give 5 stars because once for some reason I lost all my test results and had to retake them again.
Our teacher Ellen Griffith is very good to explain everything. I like her dynamic.

Taking the online course, including the hard-copy text books, the class lesson video, the lesson presentaton, along with the online tests, is like being in an actual classroom setting. I had taken a real estate course before many years ago, but never felt equipped to take the state exam unlike how I feel now by taking the CA Realty Training. This training course prepares you not only by taking the required couses, but also provides state practice exams, and the crash couse prior to the actual state exam. CA Realty Training wants all of their students to succeed and they provide the resourses to do so.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, CONTINUES TO GIVE SUPPORT AND ADVISE WHEN NEEDED. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY TO ANYONE!

This site offers real estate training ... the good thing that they are providing vedio. But The videos is short and covers only a very little of chapters.
E books is poor version of ebook , you can't highlight, or write note witch make it unusefule

I wasn't really sure how to rate this school, 3 or 4 stars. Staff is definitely friendly and attentive. Everyone is quite nice in fact. But I feel like that only goes so far. My professor was pretty knowledgeable about most subjects but the classes seemed superfluous. Almost nothing taught in the class had anything to do with the books. The powerpoints for the modules also seemed unrelated to the questions in the quizzes and final tests. There is a lot of time spent learning certain "catchphrases" and not so much time spent on other more important things. Maybe I didn't jive with the teacher's technique? All classes seemed a repetition of the previous one because of the repetition of these catchphrases. The books are dense, typical textbooks. The website doesn't work very well on safari, so use Chrome. All in all I had a good experience but you can go ahead and skip the classes and just do the online if you find yourself capable. Their final exam prep and review remains to be seen, but they show you step by step how to fill out the state application which I thought was very valuable. I give it a thumbs up.

Wonderful class. I took it in Santa Monica and my friend did it in Encino. We both liked it. Don't think twice, do it now.

I can't say enough about the fine training and personal attention you get in this course I've tried other courses and none even came close to helping me gain the knowledge I needed to feel confident to pass these tests. These instructors are not just as there to r3ad from a book. You get so much more. They are also mentors and they're willing to give their time for you regarding any question you have; whether it be your personal career your personal life your personal goals.I wouldn't trade this experience for anything else. I'm so glad to have found Keller Williams.

Though I loved the instructor I had, I found the curriculum to be less than helpful to pass the test. As for the books I would say the same thing. There is so much fodder in them, and nothing to guide you to what actually WILL BE ON THE TEST.
I've been licensed in other states and the classes and curriculum were much more helpful and geared towards passing the state exam, which is the goal, isn't it?
