I was searching for a new ATS that offered a lot of capabilities, was not too complex, and definitely not expensive. I received product demos from 3 vendors. I then narrowed it down to 2 and received an additional demo adding my HR Team. You guessed it, we chose CareerPlug and haven't looked back since.

With changes of this magnitude, the first few weeks are always a little nerve racking because guess what .... the world does not stop turning while we want to set up our new system, make it awesome, and understand it from the inside out. But, I can say, my sales rep and my account rep were fantastic in helping us get up and running as quickly as possible. And, along the way, my service rep has been on spot. I've been using CareerPlug since July 2015. The quality and quantity of applicants changed dramatically when we went live.

Now, yes 8 months later, we are diving into all of the features around on-boarding. We know the on-boarding capabilities are going to save us, and our candidates, a lot of time and streamline our VERY large on-boarding process. We are in healthcare so we know credentialing is never going to get any easier.

CareerPlug is playing a large role in my Lean Six Sigma Charter ... so you know it has to be good.

Working with career plug has saved us time (time spent posting, recruiting and sourcing qualified candidates for open positions) and money (we spend less to post positions now, and get WAY more qualified candidates that we ever got before, and this has affected our turnover, so we're saving money by keeping employees longer, too!).

The simple, systematic approach to posting, recruiting, assessing, interviewing and hiring a candidate is easy to follow and makes sharing information and processes with a hiring team easier than attempting to do so on our own. From an HR perspective, it makes it impossible to "forget" a step or create an inconsistency in the process for a candidate.

Now that we've been using Career Plug for about a year, I can never imagine going back to the days before Career Plug!

We are very pleased with the quality and quantity of applications coming by way of Career Plug. The Pre-Screen and Assessments are great guides in candidate selection. It's a very simple, organized applicant management system and so easy to post open positions.

I recently came on board with a company who had recently started using CareerPlug as an ATS. My background is working with small businesses, so rarely can they justify the expense, nor do they have the volume that would make sense for an ATS. I think CareerPlug is an incredible tool for the small business who is growing and wants to offer a clean, simple and professional tool to their hiring process. With each new bit I uncover in all that is available with CareerPlug's ATS and HR/Onboarding tools, I am completely wowed over and over again. It has been so easy to get myself familiar with in a very short time. The ATS is robust for my needs. The Onboarding side has been amazing. I am just starting to use it as an HRIS as I find the UI on ADP's run irritating. CareerPlug is refreshing easy to get around on. I can't say enough good things!!

CareerPlug has been very accommodating. We have a standardized application for our candidates. CareerPlug went the extra mile to make sure that their system would accommodate our intricate application without changing the integrity of the documents. Any time there is a question or we're unsure of something there is always a live person on the other end to help when we call for support. CareerPlug checked in periodically to make sure that things were working well for us. They also asked for suggestions for features that we would like the system to have. CareerPlug has been very diligent in staying in contact with their customers and ensuring satisfaction.

It has been so great learning to use CareerPlug. It has helped smooth out our hiring process greatly. Any questions I have had have been answered in a timely matter and all my suggestions were welcomed warmly. Excited to see the new things they are in the process of working on!

We have been using CareerPlug for almost a year now. It has dramatically simplified our sourcing of candidates. Easy to learn program and easy to train our managers. Works well for us with multiple locations in different states. They have customized parts of the program to meet our needs.
