Just the worst the people who sell are…

Just the worst the people who sell are rude when I questioned their bad review they straight away said don’t take if you don’t want to also many people have raised issues on their claim settlement guys save your money go to Aditya Birla or hdfc ergo or maybe even Tata but never this shit

Fraud company

Totally a fraud company. My daughters was admitted with hepatitis A and E with severe weakness and high billirubin count and severe jaundice we had care supreme policy with 30 lakh cover and cashless cover. They kept on asking for details from Apollo hospital and at the discharge time rejected the claim saying it was excluded under permanent exclusion for investigation purpose only. Then when I raised many mails they asked me to file for rimbursement and after nearly a month time they rejected again for same reason. Very bad service. I am left with no other choice but take a legal action against them. I regret porting my insurance with this care company. Totally horrible.

Claim rejection and policy termination by Care Health Insurance

I got a health insurance policy 81670952 with care insurance. My daughter got admitted in Vishawraj hospital Pune, Maharashtra due to GBS diagnosis. She also had same problem in 2021 but recovered completely as mentioned in discharge summary. I raised the claim but my claim was rejected by company considering GBS as PED but treating doctor says that both the cases are unrelated. It's the same case as someone can be infected with Dengue or other such health problems more than once. The treating Doctor provided the statement to company . Not only this, the company has terminated my policy on the pretext of non disclosure forfeiting my two years premium. The Doctor is ready to tender any other documents required by the company. Please have a generous look on my case and help me to come out of this traumatic experience.

Admiral car insurance have the most…

Admiral car insurance have the most appalling customer service I have ever encountered.
When it comes to making a claim be prepared to do all the chasing and organizing. My car is still in the garage after being stolen and I have had to do all the organizing to get it there from the car pound and still after complaining many times my car is sitting there and I have had no update of what is going to happen.
Again I will have to chase them. I does seem that I will have to collect my car and get it repaired myself if I'm ever going to get my car back on the road.
Why pay Admiral to insure your car when if there is a claim they do not honor the contract.
Absolute worst service I have ever received.

I would give them stars

I am forced to give them 1-star as there is no option provide 0 stars. The pre-sales was terrible. I had delayed the decision to go with them as I was researching about the company. In the meanwhile, the sales executive started cussing at me - she was rude and offensive. I am glad that I did not go for the policy - if the pre-sales is like this, I can't imagine what will be the level of service post-purchase. Avoid like you avoid plague.
