A very professional and sympathetic process from very first visit to final fitting. Everyone we came into contact with from Liam to Chris, were polite, kind and knew their stuff! Very happy with the finished product and would recommend to anyone.

We’ve been really appreciative of the service we have received, from the lovely Hannah on the other end of the office phone to Liam who has taken care to ensure we get a piece of technology that meets our needs. Liam and Jamie who installed our stairlift yesterday were discreet and took time to make sure we were confident using it.

Arrived on time, polite and worked all the time he was there , very clean , never made any mess

Everything was fine, just had one little problem with the foot rest, which Paul soon rectified.

Near the appointment time Engineer called to say he was on his way, which is much appreciated when you are waiting.
Upon arrival, enquired whether I had any problems with the stairlift, then got straight on to carry out the annual service.
Upon completion I was given a receipt and full summary of the service for my records.
All in all, a very satisfactory and friendly visit.

Great company, they went all out to help my Dad out when his lift broke down.
Great staff, extremely helpful ( I phoned around a lot of companies) even though they were booked up and busy they came late in the day to sort out Dad's lift.
Also I was surprised at how reasonable the bill was.
I highly recommend this company and going forward we will be using it for all lift maintenance.

Prior to having a stairlift fitted I had a visit from Liam who carefully and sensitively assessed my needs and recommended the stairlift which would address those needs and also the type of stairlft suitable for my home. There was no hard-sell. In less than a week the stairlift was fitted by Jamie who was very efficient and very friendly. Following the installation Jamie ensured I understood how to use the lift safely. I can heartily recommend Carelift Services Ltd.

You can’t go wrong buying a chair lift from Care Lift we have just had our first year service.
A year ago I rang company in the Saturday they rang me back Sunday, Monday they came out to give us very favourable quote and by the Thursday it was installed. I can’t express how much it has changed mine and my husbands life and it’s used several times a day as I have a craft room upstairs which I can now use again.
Paul who did our service was lovely, polite and respectful.

Just recently been fitted with a new stairlift. Liam the director explained the options available to us, and the two engineers, Chris and Paul, were very efficient and tidied up after fitting the stairlift. Paul explained how to use the equipment clearly so we could understand how to use it. Very pleased with the experience.

Nothing was too much trouble highly recommended and thank you for all a your help.
