Complete scam. Thankfully my bank caught it.

This is not a USA company. Items are shipping from China. I never received my items from them after a month waiting. I e-mailed them and insisted on a refund. The refund showed up on my credit card statement today. This is the email that I sent. Feel free to copy and paste. You will need to add your oder numbers where mine used to be and add your name after “thank you”

I am contacting you regarding my order, which has already been charged to my payment method but has not been shipped. I have not received a shipping confirmation or valid tracking information.
At this point, I no longer wish to wait for the order. Please cancel my order immediately and issue a full refund to my original payment method.
Please confirm in writing that the order has been cancelled and that the full refund has been processed. I do not authorize the order to be shipped after this cancellation request.
If I do not receive confirmation of the cancellation and refund promptly, I will contact my payment provider to dispute the charge.

I have tried contacting the company several times after not receiving my order and still have gotten no answer. So, terrible customer service, does not seem like they ship from anywhere in the US because it has taken so long. It has been over a month with no delivery. I want to cancel but no one will answer.

I’ve placed an order on 8/16/26. I recently sent an email to their customer service link and have heard nothing. I would like to know the status of my order.

The website clearly says Made in USA, and promises quick processing and shipping of all orders. I placed my Order on 8/5 and as of 8/26 haven't gotten an email notification of shipping OR gotten the order delivered. I e-mailed customer service to inquire, and they said it takes 2-20 days to get an order. They also provided, at my request, 2 links for tracking. The first link only displayed a blank page. The other link shows my order was received and has been waiting in CHINA for carrier pick-up since 8/15. I do not have much confidence in ever receiving this order.
