I am so happy I found this company. They have several options to meet your needs. I have several pair of thr M100's (my favorite) the M80, M82 and M74.
You will not be disappointed!! Customer service is outstanding!!

These underwear are some of the best quality I have purchased to date. I have bought from different sources, but was not satisfied with the results. I am caregiver for my husband, and do the buying when necessary.

DONT TRUST "Expedited Shipping": On 5/30/Sat, ordered (#CARERSPK58754) one 6-pack of Boxer Shorts...AND...paid $25.99 EXPEDITED SHIPPING charge for supposedly 3-4 Day Shipping. On 6/1/Mon, Received Label Created...and..."Your order is on the way (w/ Tracking info)". Now, it's 4 weekdays, later, I still had NOT received any updates. Called the Shipping Company (949) 688-6032,...but...was told that the Shipper had NOT yet handed the item to them, when Carer's website states that it's "waiting for it to be picked up by the shipping company". Carer has no telephone number to call. Sent email to customer services for HELP. So, after paying $25.99 for Expedited Shipping, THIS IS A SCAM/FRAUD !

In the past I have relied on PVC incontinence products and whilst they have been very effective, they are, in most cases noisy and sweaty and can also cause soreness at both waist and thigh. Then I found Carer products, made basically from coated nylon. I have found them to be exceptional in every way. they are extremely comfortable, cause no soreness, and being made to be waterproof, are unsurprisingly not completely silent, but more that acceptable, so all in all and much superior product to PVC. Also in my case I have found Carer themselves to be quite frankly the most helpful Company who have gone out if their way to make sure I am a satisfied customer. OK they are not the cheapest out there, but if you want a quality product from a quality Manufacturer, don't hesitate to give them a try - they will even give you a trial item to see if they are for you.
I would add that best to go up a size from your usual. This makes room for any pad etc, but in my experience also help the pants breathability. If they fit too snug they can get a bit sweaty

seems like a product that will last, and it works. comfortable. Also, had to exchange and the process was very easy.

I did not pay attention to the delivery time. I ordered this product on March 5, 2026. Today, March 30th, I was concerned about not having receded the product. I checked the tracking button and found out that it will arrive on July 10, 2026. Upon finding out about the arrive time I canceled my order.

My advice is, before ordering, check the delivery time.

Customer service was outstanding. Followed up when delivery was delayed and they fixed the problem immediately.

the products are as stated. I was treated very well over a misunderstanding of an order sent recently. Could not have been nicer.

Product works as advertised.
I miss measured one article of clothing, customer service made every effort to assist me for proper sizing and replacement apparel.
I feel confident under my clothes.

It took a couple of attempts before I found the underwear that fit me best. What was extremely helpful was the suggestion I try a 2XL size because of my waist mearurement. They even sent me one pair in 2XL for me to try. That was a great help to me because it is hard to know when you buy any clothing on line if it is the right size. Hats off to Customer Service!

I am a customer from Greece and I publicly declare that Carer has a great customer service , always ready to assist you . I wish they had stores here in my country so that i didn' t have to wait even a single day for my product to arrive . Their products seem to be of good quality and are also sustainable solutions that can be used over and over again .
