Caring and reliable
I recently had to make a booking to take a very elderly, unwell lady - a wheelchair user - to a hospital appointment in central London. I found the booking process thorough and helpful, and they took a great deal of time to discuss exact needs and to provide reassurance that the driver would wait, even though we were unsure what time she would be ready to leave the hospital. The driver arrived on time and everything went extremely well. I will definitely use them again.

Rapid transport with wheelchair to A&E
Needed transport with wheelchair to get to A&E as in severe back pain 3 weeks after surgery. Niaj arrived promptly, was very professional, helped me into ambulance and made sure I was safe and in as little pain as possible. Thank you!

Good ambulance staff. A few difficulties with steps as they didn’t have a stair climbing wheelchair on board, but we managed.

Had to organise short notice transport…
Had to organise short notice transport for my wheelchair bound Mum so she could visit my Dad in hospital on what proved to be his final day. The call was handled efficiently and our driver Iqbal was very good and safe.

A godsend
Reliable, professional and friendly service. Had a lot of worry about how to get to and from hospital after surgery left me temporarily wheelchair bound, and Care Safe’s wheelchair taxi service has been a godsend. Would highly recommend!

Would book again - Kalum was great
We booked Care Safe to move my grandmother from one care home to another. Kalum was a great driver! He was very careful as my gran gets motion sickeness. He kept checking on her and avoided pot holes. Thank you Kalum!

First time with CareSafe
This was our first experience of CareSafe. My wife is seriously disabled by a stroke and getting her safely, reliably and punctually to hospital etc appointments has been a constant headache. CareSafe assessed our requirement thoroughly on the phone and provided an entirely satisfactory solution. Our driver Kalum was meticulous in ensuring that she was securely fastened into the mini-ambulance and drove with great sensitivity to her extreme nervousness. Loading and unloading was done with great care.

UNSAFE DRIVING AND WRONG DESTINATION
The driver drove unsafely, was repeatedly horned at, stalled on busy roads and nearly caused an accident. I had to warn him about oncoming cars. He appeared visibly panicked and told me he hadn’t driven for 2–3 months, which he said was the reason for the mistakes. I was on edge the entire journey.
Despite confirming the correct postcode, I was taken to a completely wrong destination over 50 minutes away and arrived an hour late to my appointment. Care Safe admitted the destination error but refused a refund because the journey was “completed”.
Unacceptable.

After an extensive inquiry led by one of our senior directors, we identified an error on our part in the destination details provided by our booking team. Discussions with both the booking team member and the driver revealed that this mistake occurred during the booking process. We deeply regret this oversight and the distress it caused you during such an important appointment.
I must commend the driver for his exceptional handling of the situation. He ensured you arrived at your appointment safely and returned home without further complications. It's important to clarify that the driver did not indicate he was new to driving; instead, he mentioned the importance of staying hydrated throughout the journey. The vehicle stalling was due to a common mechanical issue common to manual-transmission vehicles at low speeds. Please rest assured that your safety has always been our top priority.
We thoroughly reviewed the GPS tracking records and found no instances of excessive speed or rapid acceleration, reflecting our unwavering commitment to safe driving practices.
To prevent such errors in the future, the booking team member responsible has been given a final warning. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding and goodwill, we are pleased to offer you £20 off any booking over £100 with our service.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced, and we genuinely value your feedback, which is vital to improving our services. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Great service
This was the first time that I used care safe, and the experience was a very good one. The communication with care safe was very good. They pick me up on time and took me to my destination very safely.
The driver was very professional and polite.
I will definitely be using their services again when I travel down to London.

Fantastic !
My 80 year old mother has used Care Safe twice so far and have had brilliant service both times by all of the guys who transported her. They told her they would look after her ‘like their own mum’ and they did; you can’t get better than that ! From start to finish with booking etc, everything was so easy and stress free ! Thank you guys, see you on Christmas Eve for another trip ! x
