Great insurance company.
Great insurance company.
I have a WorldWide Annual Plan policy.
Had a claim for car rental replacement tyre, which rental company refused to pay. The claim was dealt with efficiently & fast. Received full reimbursement within 3 days of claim approval, in currency of my choice.
All correspondence with CarInsuRent was courteous with lots of patience on their side.
Will continue using their service for many years to come.

Great service! Even when submitting a claim!
I’ve had their insurance for a number of years and it gave me a peace of mind but I never really new if they will be there for me in case of a claim.
Lately I had to submit a claim. I was surprised with how easy and clear the process was! And within one week my claim was approved! I got paid in full at the time they said they’ll pay. So now I really feel I can recommend their service!

Buying rental insurance was one of the best decisions I made on my trip to Ireland. When I had a flat tire, CarInsuRent.com was quick to reimburse me for my costs. There was no hassle at all. I will use them again for rental insurance!

We had a problem with the company that we rented the car. We had to pay 200 € for a small damage.

I'm very happy with these guys. Have used their cover for quite a few years and made my first claim (very annoyingly for a flat tyre via Sixt) and they process it very quickly with no fuss. Thanks!

Amazing service
Amazing service - I can't even believe it! I took out a year's insurance, on the first trip everything went without accidents, but on the second trip someone in the parking lot made a deep scratch on the door, for which the rental company charged me 200 euros. I sent all the documents to carinsurent and very quickly after a letter with some questions I received a letter that my claim was approved and the money was transferred to PayPal
