...and wow - what a fantastic experience! We dealt with Mike Crompton (and his PA Hayley), who were really helpful, professional and above all, patient with us - we couldn't have asked for a better first leasing experience. The entire process from first contact to handover was incredibly straightforward and painless. And if a query arose, Mike was always happy to clarify things and keep the ball rolling. Excellent service phoned Lee beginning…
Excellent service phoned Lee beginning of March but missed out on smart #3 which was on great at the time.Lee took my details and said he’ll get back to me if anymore become available.
Mid March get the phone call off Lee saying the smart #3 premier we’re available again on better deal than before but he told me we could have the Brabus edition for 30 pounds more and all colours were available.Lee also helped with E signature and paper work which was different to the normal way and Lee was always available when calling e car lease.
We took delivery of our smart #3 Brabus yesterday and really happy with it.

Great first experience leasing
This was our first time leasing and e-car lease were really great. I saw the company reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere, which gave me confidence, and I can understand why. There was a really competitive deal on the car I went on to get, and James picked up our enquiry. He was friendly and clear with guiding us through the process to get the car as quickly as possible. The included Zapmap Premium subscription has been invaluable on our first holiday in the car and I would absolutely lease again based on our experience so far, including with e-car lease!

Honest review of delivery of the car
Overall the experience was good, I was contacted by the delivery driver within 1 hour of the delivery of the new car and when the driver arrived he was polite.
However, I was dissapointed to find the car turn up not clean inside or out despite the weather being good at the point of delivery, all the driver had to do before arrival was give the car a really quick clean instead of me having to do it in order to inspect the vehicle. Also the driver gave no explanation of the vehicle and seemed like he was in a rush to get off.

The delivery is handled by the dealership and outside of our control, so we are sorry to hear about this now. Unfortunately, these things do happen and while we do all we can to limit these issues because the dealer is allocated to us by the finance company, we are at their behest. As you identify, having a new car is a big commitment and you want it be correct from the time it arrives both in terms of cleanliness and service delivery. If that falls short, we do get that this is not ideal.
Just let you know that we are still here to assist for the duration of your EV leasing journey. Happy to help where we can.

škoda elroq
This was our first time leasing a car, and we’re really pleased with how everything went. We chose the Škoda Elroq and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
The service was fantastic, with great communication throughout. A special thank you to Mike, who was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way.
Delivery was smooth and completely hassle-free, which made the whole process even better.
