The company never responds to emails or phone calls, maybe that would not be necessary if the delivery would not take time to come with no updates. The products are good quality though.

This was down to the truly outstanding and highly professional customer service provided by the Carley's staff. They provided every piece of relevant ordering journey process information to fully manage the expectations of the service user from start to finish.
Received my parcel delivery on exactly the same day as suggested by the staff member, but also made aware when I should contact Carley's again if it had not arrived by a set date.
Phenomenal service experience !
