Mi pedido #A16215 que pagué el 22 febrero de la alfombrilla trasera de mi Audi A6 todavía no ha llegado y ha pasado más de un mes.

La misma alfombrilla está en mtm shop en 40 €, aquí en CarLux 57,90 €, me parece un exceso de diferencia cuando se supone que el otro vendedor ya tiene sus ganancias, y su Calidad deja mucho de desear, y embalaje muy mejorable.
Además, en la página , la cesta me dejó comprar dos balizas de 26,50 €, y me avisaron que solo les quedaba 1, me ofrecieron si quería otra de 33,40 €, les dije que me respetaran el precio, se negaron. Al final, me mandaron 1 de 33,40 €, porque no les quedaba ninguna de 26,50 €, aún sigue en la página . La próxima compra que tenga que hacer, no será en esta página.

Mala experiencia. Pedimos un protector de maletero y nunca llegó. Tras contactar con la empresa en varias ocasiones, no nos solucionó nada. Devolvimos el recibo y ahora nos lo vuelven a cargar después de 6 meses.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle through Liam and Connor and couldn’t been happier with the service. They put the customer first which is rare to see in such dealerships, communication was fab and they were patient 🤣

I recently bought my car from this dealership, and I can’t fault a single thing. The two gentlemen who helped me were amazing very friendly, professional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car!

Bought a car from these so called sales men car had major engine failure within six months I had only done 1200 miles and cracked cylinder head they sent a so call unbiased mechanic to look at car and said the weren't liable please please please do not touch this company you will regret it they have left me high and dry and couldn't give a shit I cannot i repeat cannot describe this dealership, just take it from me please dont buy a car car from them ,you will seriously regret it ,once you've paid they couldn't give a monkeys about you ,dont let this happen to you ,its a disgrace thier allowed to trade im still not finished as have taken legal advice who will send in a a proper company to look at car and give a true report their company should be closed down couldn't give them less stars if I could

Went to purchase a Seat Arona FR today, Liam was great to deal with, answered all our questions and was very helpful getting us sorted before heading home, a genuine nice guy. Highly recommend Carlux if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

La empresa muy cumplidora y sería, siento no poder valorar su producto pues después de que la empresa transportista Zeleris por tres días diferentes mintiera diciendo que yo estaba ausente del domicilio cuando no fue así pues gracias a Zeleris desistí del producto y Car Lux me contacto muy amable ofreciendo mandar un segundo envío, a lo cual ya desistí pues la indignación con Zeleris es superlativa.

I sold my car online and it was purchased by CarLux. Liam got in touch as soon as the offer was accepted to arrange a convenient time for collection and kept me updated throughout the whole process. What I appreciated was the human element in our conversations rather than it feeling like a stuffy intimidating business transaction. He was kind and patient with things I didn't understand having never been through this process before, and we had a laugh along the way which made me a bit less sad to say goodbye to my Volvo "Freya".

On the day of collection he showed me how to update the DVLA online rather than by paper process, it took seconds! He clearly does this day in day out and the guidance was much appreciated.

The icing on the cake - I stupidly left a CD in the car CD player! Rather than just bin it and move on after his at least 7 hour round trip, he sent me a photo and asked about it. It was my uncle's band from about 30 years ago so totally irreplaceable. He's posting it back to me tomorrow. It's always nice to deal with nice people and you couldn't ask for better than Liam.

CarLux recently purchased a car from my Son, both Guys came to my home on time both super nice so easy to deal with, made the whole process easy. They gave the car a good look over, they were polite, friendly nothing negative to say. Good luck with your company you deserve it.
