I’ve gotten literally over 20 different pieces from this store. Great quality BUT BEWARE their sizing is very inaccurate and inconsistent. During a flash sale I studied the reviews and the sizing guide for an item . I purchased the Farrah dress even one size smaller than my average size and it was still swimming on me. I wrote a review and they replied to it saying they would exchange the dress no problem. But then wrote me a personal email stating “Woopsie AI wrote that and they actually could not honor the exchange”. They won’t remove their review response so everyone publicly thinks they gave me an exchange when they absolutely did not. This is sneaky and deceptive, not what you would expect from a Christian company.

Terrible experience, the jeans were huge and not even in the ballpark of the size I ordered... customer service keeps emailing me saying my account has been credited for the return, still nothing, no code was sent...radio silence, and no phone number to call. What a terrible way to do business.

Prices do not reflect the quality. I had shopped CJLA frequently within the past few years but prices started increasing and the quality did not increase. Many poly blends. With free shipping increased to $150 and buyer protection fees and state taxes, it’s becoming unaffordable. There are pop of boutiques and tent sales they do but I do not live in those areas and the online clearance is the same stuff for the most part that they keep relisting. I will say the jeans are fairly soft and once in a blue moon they will hold 50 percent deals but I will lot be shopping with CJLA on the regular anymore. From purchasing at least once a month, maybe more, to only buying two purchases this year. Then in stories I see the company giving away boxes to influencers, it just feels like the customers are paying for the show of it all. Unfollowed and app deleted.

I’ve been shopping CJLA for three years now. They have hands down the best customer service on the planet. Returns are super easy and they’re always happy to chat about clothing questions. The ladies are super kind and caring. They’ve event sent care packages to customers experiencing hardships like a family loss. The quality of the clothing is phenomenal and the pieces last. I would recommend 1000/10.
