I am an operator in the vending business. I put stuffed animals in toy claw machines. Your toys are worth about $.30 and you’re charging two dollars. I feel like I got duped.

Good experience

If I could give 10 stars to Carnival Savers I would. Our order was hung up in the FedEx system for over a week but as soon as I notified my Carnival Customer Support about the problem, she was on it. Within 24 hours our order was delivered - in plenty of time for Easter. She followed up throughout the process with friendly personal emails. I had no doubt she had our best interests at heart.

I was disappointed in two of the items I purchased. I had thought about returning them and saw where there is a 15% restocking fee. And I was surprised to see that it is shipped from Oriental Trading

When having to order at short notice, their team member made sure my items would be shipped as fast as possible to ensure that they arrive. They did, they arrived one day before the event, less than a week after shipping! Thank you, Carnival Savers!

I got everything i needed on time! The suckers were a big hit! I would like an option that is more than 24 suckers so I don’t have to buy multiple orders of 24. That would have been great. It could also save a bit more money for people who are buying in bulk, but not quite town carnival bulk. Otherwise everything was awesome! You guys should offer some more halloween-centered items for carnivals; that would bring in big bucks. Lol

What a treasure of a company! My experience ordering prizes for our school was excellent. I actually was able to order more prizes with my budget than the year before when someone else ordered on temu. The quality of the prizes are fantastic and the customer service was above and beyond.
