I should have read reviews before purchasing!!!! Shocking quality. The company is Chinese, NOT Swedish (or Dutch) and items take a long time to arrive. Stay away. I've emailed for a refund, but not sure I'll receive anything after reading the reviews.

I think it's a fake company that sells fake goods.
They put images of good quality goods but send absolutely rubbish. Please, do not buy anything from this company as they are really fraud company cheating on people. The advertise themselves as they are from Netherland , but the bank account presents Hong Kong. ZERO rating !!
They lied about the delivery date as well.

Absolute joke of a store.
They pretend to be Swedish but in fact are in China.
The shipping takes weeks.
The quality is shocking.
I ordered a jumper that eventually arrived with holes in and no label or care instructions.
To initiate a return you have to email them but they don't respond.
The mobile number doesn't exist so you're stuck with cheap nasty products and no way of getting a refund.

Wat een negatieve ervaring! Jammer dat ik de trustpilot reviews niet op voorhand heb gelezen! De afbeelding kwam niet overeen met hetgeen ik ontving. Op de site stond dat maat M als een 'normale' M zou vallen...... niet dus!!!! Een Chinese M misschien?? Ondanks herhaaldelijk (onprettig!) contact kwam ik niet verder dan dat ik het artikel op eigen hoge (!!!) kosten naar China (!!) zou moeten retourneren.
Niet doen dus!!!!

This company does not even deserve even one star. Zero star!!! Another scammer added to Old Monarchy! Scammers!! Received the Items damage and after 2 weeks, the quality very poor, items not as described. Return refund a nightmare!! Pls watch out! Lesson learned don’t buy online without checking the company review. Old Monarchy and this Caro Moda are scammers!!

Despite informing Carra Moda that my order had not been delivered by 12th June 2025, as expected, in time for my holiday, and I was going abroad on holiday on 14th June 2025 for 2 weeks, I would not be home to take delivery. Told them not to deliver until I returned from holiday on 29th June 2025. I received an e-mail from them 2 days into my holiday to say Yodel had delivered it on 16th June 2025, even though when I placed and paid for the order they said it would be delivered by Royal Mail. They said Yodel had left it in a safe place behind a plant pot in my front garden. Told them I did not have a safe place to leave it and didn't have plant pots in my garden. E-mails went back and forth the whole 2 weeks. When I got back home there was no parcel or card through my door to say a parcel had been delivered. I asked for the photograph Yodel should have taken to prove it, but they have not replied. I was told to ask my neighbours if they had it and I am disgusted with their lack of customer service. I asked for a refund which they have refused, saying it was not their problem as once the parcel was handed to Yodel to deliver it, so I should contact them about it. It is now 10 weeks since they alledge the parcel was delivered and still nothing. They have my money and I have no parcel.

Shoes are too small.
I want to return the shoes. They said to write them for a return label. They take their time to answer. Finally this is what they said.
"As a next step, we'd love to offer you two options. You can choose to either receive a replacement item in a different size or product for just €9.90 per item, or we can provide a 15% partial refund, and you get to keep the item/s! This way, you do your part in helping to reduce CO2 emissions and packaging waste – a win-win for you and the planet!"
I want my $$$ back. I do not want to spend more money or get back 7 euros after spending 50 euros.

2 zwembroeken hier besteld. Na ontvangst bleken deze veels te klein. Chinese maat is het lijkt het. Geprobeerd contact te krijgen met hun maar dat is vrij onmogelijk. Mobiel staat op voicemail en e-mails worden niet beantwoord. Mijn tip is: Bestel hier niets!

Ordered a dress and it came a week too late for when I wanted it. The return policy said I could return it and they would provide a pre paid shipping label under certain circumstances. I had not wore the dress and I emailed straight away when it got delivered. They were unable to provide the label and said I would have to ship it myself after receiving photos of the dress in perfect condition. They were taking ages to reply, the staff were not helpful. They were bargaining with me and I said it was unacceptable that I couldn’t return it without paying extortionate shipping fees myself. I have ended up with a 20% refund which is ridiculous. I will definitely not be ordering from them again it wasn’t worth the hassle.

Received an absolutely crap quality dress. I mean, it is just hideous. It's not even the same colour as advertised. As other reviewers have mentioned, you get a friendly response offering to sort out the problem, but I want a full refund. Why should I pay for a piece of rubbish? I stupidly didn't realise it was coming from China, or I would never have ordered. Is it not possible to leave no stars for a review? Do not buy from this website.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. I stupidly ordered something from this website and several weeks later, the item arrived and it was far too small so I wanted to return it for a refund. Needless to say I have had no response bar their initial response offering me a 15% refund!! I don't understand how these companies can trade especially when their products are nothing like they advertise. Chinese at their best.

De schoenen zijn daar aangekomen. Je krijgt je geld niet terug alleen hele onduidelijke mailtjes waar geen touw aan vast is te knopen. Geld weg, hoop irritatie en een hele goed levens les. Koop hier nooit iets

Ordered a 'cashmere' sweater in size large. Turned out to be more like an extra small with a neckline so small I could hardly get over my head. The inner seam at the neck was stitched together in one big lump and some sort of stock label was stitched to the back outside neckline hem. As with many others I tried the refund route and it was a joke, asking me to pay the £15-£20 postage or give them an additional £8.99 and they would send another in a larger size. One star for this outfit as it did make a fairly good polishing cloth for the car, the first 'cashmere' duster I have ever had. Avoid like the plague.

AVOID. This is not just about poor service. They misrepresent products. They take payment. Send cheap nasty alternatives. Apologise with a friendly email and promise speedy replacement. Then they forget all the promises and refuse refunds “because it’s more than 14 days from their successful delivery”.
