If anything goes wrong we will always help to put things right and with our carp fishing group on Facebook, awesome giveaways, free extras in every order and customer service we are proud of, you can shop with confidence and securely with carp global. Family run independent tackle retailers since 2017.

Please remember we will always put things right for you if there is a problem. If you need help with a carp global product or service the first thing we ask is that you open a help and support ticket on the website (before leaving any review) you can do this by pressing help on any page on carp-shop.co.uk, we will always resolve any issues or give appropriate advice when necessary but we need folks to be patient so we can investigate and resolve issues properly.
