I bought a large item that said free shipping. I clearly put my location into the order and refreshed a few times to make sure I understood the overall cost.

My order went though and my card was charged. I even got an email detailing the order.

A few days later I get an email from them saying this:

Hello Sir, the garage tent you have ordered cannot be shipped to Dubai because it is a very large item, and we would incur a high shipping charge for it. If you still want this item, please send the remaining $700. However, if you prefer, we can cancel the order and refund your amount.

I've emailed a number of times, called, and tried chatting to them on their website and can't get a response. The website basically said free shipping everywhere, but they aren't even responding to anything. They haven't refunding my money either.

I just want what I ordered. But no one is responding to anything..

Be wary. Ordered a headlight for my vehicle back in May 2018 via Amazon and had it installed at a dealership. Noticed that it wasn’t functioning properly ( won’t turn on automatically and the auto-turn option isn’t functioning properly). Had it checked at Pep Boyz and at the car dealership who verified it was a part issue and not an installation issue. So I asked for a replacement headlight within 90 day window that was promised by October. Never received the part and never received a refund. Haven’t heard back from the company either. Out $300 for the part and $700 for labor plus the additional cost to replace the part. Amazon won’t help either because it falls outside of their 90 day A to Z guarantee.

I have got my Honda Headlight from this site. It seems very good, and I am very glad to get this light. But it would be better if I could get my goods early. In a word, a good website offers a selection of auto parts. I am satisfied with items purchasing here.

Big surprise! I am aware of the reviews prior to ordering from them, but due to the low price and they seem to be the only one who have the item in stock, I decided to give them a try. I gave them a call to make sure they have the a suitable tail lights for my Honda Civic 2003 in stock, and they do know their products pretty well. They updated my tracking number quick and I received the item in a few days after ordering them.

Long story short, I am happy with my purchase.

Love the smoke gauges I ordered. And they are 10 bucks cheaper than every other websites I looked at. The gauges are packed well and arrived in 3 days. Very satisfied.

Pretty chill people to deal with, I talked to the customer service about the bulb size of my headlight, and the rep is nice and knowledgeable about the product. And I asked about some SPYDER stickers, and they are in my mailbox a week later! I could not ask for a better shopping experience.
