Really recommend using carpetsnfloors! Rob was so helpful from the start bringing round lots of samples to pick from, fitting was really quick and had no problems! We love our new carpets, thank you!

Excellent service, quality and price from Robert at Carpetsnfloors.
From initial contact to fitting, the whole process has been professional, trustworthy and reliable.
Unusual to find a company that truly listens to the customer to ensure the customer’s needs are met. Robert went out of his way to ensure “was just the right colour, with the right design and style” with that statement from me all he had to work from!
Respected my home and ensured everything was cleaned up and tidied before they left, even carrying and placing all the furniture back.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality at a great price from a reputable company.

Amazing service came out to measure Tuesday flooring fitted by Friday. Excellent guys who did the work very friendly and fast working so happy with my new carpets and vinyl. Couldn't have asked for a better service will definitely recommend to all my friends and family who need there floors doing.

Robert got in touch the same day I requested the service on Checkatrade. He was very patient with my MANY questions and was understanding when dates needed to be changed to accommodate other work going on in the house. Robert came up with a great solution to level the floor in my garage conversion. Work was completed in a quick and tidy fashion. Very happy with service. Thank you 😊

Came round the day after I'd requested quotes. Very quick, neat job. Very satisfied.

I put a post out on a local notice board and would reccomend them again. Extremely cost effective and a great finish. Robert was lovely and got the job done very quickly. Would use them again.

I'd previously been let down by two other floor fitters so it looked like I'd be stuck with a half-finished floor over Xmas. However, despite having already finished for the festive season, this team came to do my floor for me.

They did a good job of rectifying the poor work carried out by the previous fitters and the work was competitively priced. They worked for around 11 hours to get it sorted and Rob and his assistant were both friendly, polite and courteous.

Highly recommended. Thanks again for coming to sort it out for me!

Solid work, fast and efficient was done in less than an hour and very helpful with questions I had for the next job that needs doing. Would definitely recommend and will be using again. Robert was brilliant. 10/10

I am delighted to share my glowing review for Carpets and Floors based on my recent experience. From the initial contact with Rob, who came to our home to measure and assist us in choosing our flooring, to the completion of the installation, the entire process has exceeded our expectations.

Rob's extensive knowledge and wonderful selection of flooring samples made it easy for us to make a decision. He took the time to understand our needs and provided excellent guidance to ensure we chose the right flooring for each room.

The installation team was incredibly efficient and tidy. They arrived on the scheduled date and wasted no time in getting to work. It was evident that they were experienced professionals who took pride in their craftsmanship. They were respectful of our home throughout the process, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily routine.

The LVT flooring that we selected for our bedrooms has truly transformed the space. The quality of the materials and the impeccable installation have made such a positive impact on the overall look and feel of the rooms. We couldn't be happier with the end result.
