Carpet Tile Depot Opiniões

Product arrived quickly and in good shape.

Excellent product. Received before delivery date.

I had professionals install them on top of my 75’ houseboat, they look great! Now we’ll see how they hold up for the summer 💦🛥

Our purchase of $1400 worth of carpet was a really good experience. Only a couple pieces did not match the rest and the installation was easy once you got the hang of it. The boxes came undamaged to the house and now the basement looks great.

Samples were easy to order and came quickly!

My order arrived early - twice. But this is a good thing actually. My original ship date was meant to be 5/4 but it ended up shipping on 4/5. I got the call to arrange delivery, and I gave them Thursday because of other deliveries - it ended up arriving unannounced on Tuesday…but it turned out to be a rainy Thursday, so it all worked out in the end. Docking a star off because of that, otherwise, great experience all around.

The process of ordering was great! Unfortunately though the shipping company held my order for a week and we had already paid someone to come to the work so we were out a week of money waiting for our carpet that the terminal would not release.

Quality product. Shipping cost VERY high.

I ordered the INFINITY MANHATTAN ABSTRACT SQUARES PEEL & STICK CARPET TILE RUSTIC 24" X 24" PREMIUM After the installation was complete we noticed a big color variations between different boxes. It gets worse. When using my Oreck Vacuum Sweeper to clean the carpet I noticed a lot of brown fuzz on the Oreck sweeper and on the floor. I turned the Oreck off and took a look at the sweeper bar. It was clogged with fuzz and fiber strings from the carpet tiles. It was literately pulling the carpet fibers and strings into the vacuum. I have to use a vacuum for hardwood floors to cleanup all of the fuzz left of the carpet. I would definitely not recommend these carpet tiles.

Love my carpet squares and the delivered on time

Customer Service worked well in sorting thru builder grade and premium questions.

Nice product. Delivered as ordered. Thanks

Easy install and seems to be great quality. Product was just as described, shipping time was fairly fast and price was fair. Would purchase again.

Great options to choose from and fast shipping! Thank you!!

I received my tiles on time and they look great in my room.

I went looking for some sort of mat to put my wet and dirty scooter on when I ride in less than perfect weather. 9" x 36" carpet planks are a nearly perfect solution. So I ordered a sample and, to my pleasant surprise, the sample was a single, whole plank! No so with more than one other plank sample offering.
