Scam!! Avoid. No mention of APK application required to make the box work.

Chargeback via Paypal done and I got my money back :)

Ordered a product from them on July 10th. Immediately my CC was charged and I received a "tracking" number that is linked to no tracking company and still to this day says in transit. I have received no product. Filed a complaint with BBB, but I would warn anyone of ever doing business with this "company."

I've been trying to get in touch with this Company for over a month. I ordered the product and was charged but it was never shipped. It is absolutely impossible to get in touch with them and now emails are bouncing back.

It’s a scam. I ordered 6 weeks ago and it never arrived. I have repeatedly mailed them to chase and have had zero reponse so far. I will need to let the banks know to reject these charges going forward.

Car play box is a complete RIPOFF!!!

It’s important to understand that if you have any questions concerning whether or not this unit is compatible with your vehicle rest assured that you will be getting an incredible amount of bullshit about how good the unit is and how anybody could hook it up. Understand this if you’ve gotten an earlier amount vehicle that may not necessarily have Bluetooth. The car play box is not COMPATIBLE! And you have no chance whatsoever to receive a refund.

Do yourself a favor this crap is made in China and that gives it two strikes against it. Remember you get what you pay for at in this case with the CarPlay box, you’ll just get ripped off

The product is great. Just what I needed for my ciatica. It took a long time to get it and I sent e-mails to support team and did not get a response.

The camera’s and the ability to see my phone in a large screen. I have an older car and this is like having the technology used is the newer cars

The product works great and is easy to install.

The device is nice. Pairs easily. Minor lag but no major problem. Installing the back up camera is hard and it would be helpful for the company to have online resources. I watched many YouTube videos and still struggled to do it after 3 hours of work.

Update 4/6/25: So it finally showed up nearly a month after ordering. It works as described and is good quality but I wish they had let me know it was going to take so long to get as I didn't have it for a long trip I initially ordered it for.

No issues wit the company, but I am having some problems with the product. Hoping they will help remedy the issues.

I never received my car play box and you have emailed me as if I have. This concerns me greatly. I feel like I’ve been cheated.
