Carplay B6 for my BMW R1250
I bought a Carplay B6 for my BMW motorcycle 6 months ago and it has been brilliant. I added my personal start up logo and also another cradle for a KTM and changed the Logo.
All through my ownership I’ve had excellent and friendly support from Coco who is very knowledgable and quick to respond.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Nikki from the CPMC Support Team.
I contacted CarPlayMotorcycle after the power cable on my Aoocci C3 motorcycle CarPlay screen became damaged. From the very first message until the final resolution, Nikki provided an exceptional level of customer service. She was always quick to respond, professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on finding the best solution for my situation.
The repair process involved returning the device for service, handling shipping updates, customs delays, repair status inquiries, and even adding an extra USB cable order to the same shipment. Throughout every step, Nikki kept me informed, answered all my questions with patience, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel smooth and stress-free.
What impressed me most was her proactive and solution-oriented approach. She consistently looked for ways to help rather than creating obstacles. When the repaired unit was ready, she coordinated everything efficiently and even ensured that the updated power cable was included because the new version of the device required it.
Most importantly, Nikki made me feel valued as a customer. Her communication was warm, helpful, and personal. It never felt like I was just another support ticket. In today's world, that level of care is rare and deserves recognition.

My front camera stopped working
My front camera stopped working. I contacted CPMC and Estella said it would be the cable to the unit. She would send out a new cable. It arrived and everything is working again.

I bought an aoocci c9 pro max camera and I had some difficulty connecting it to my phone. I wrote to support and Nikki was very kind and patient in helping me solve the problem. She responded to my email almost immediately. I didn't have to wait days like other companies. She did an outstanding job. Thank you for your help and quick problem solving skills.

Bought the B6 for BMW and it’s working…
Bought the B6 for BMW and it’s working perfectly now. I ride the new gs 1300 2026. I had just a little issue with the new electric cradle. I contacted the support team and they send me a new update , now the device is working perfect. Thank you Nikki from the support team for your quick response and support.

Very pleased with the Aoocci C3 an outstanding piece of kit for the money. I had a slight problem with the tyre pressure sensor but a quick email to customer support and they solved the issue straight away. Very impressed.

Aoocci Purchase
I purchased an Aoocci C3 for my motorbike and the order was processed very quickly with detailed confirmation. However I decided to go for a different model and had an email back from Nikki saying it was no problem and it was immediately processed again with immediate confirmation and tracking details. It arrived promptly and I am very happy with excellent customer service that Nikki provided.

Excellent product & value for money
I bought the B6 unit after seeing it reviewed by the ‘Missenden Flyer’. It did take a while to arrive but I’ve been very impressed with the quality, plug and play fit and functionality. At the price it far exceeds competitor products. Also I should say that when I did contact support with help on pairing, Nikki was straight back to me with the relevant advice. Impressive all around and a good purchase.

I’m giving Nikki a 5 star as the communication was very good always returned an email within a business day, shekept me informed of the return progress. What I’m not happy about is, it cost me $48 for return shipping out of my pocket.
