Carsplus Opiniões

First class service from Ahmet, had an issue with the car the day after I purchased it, a faulty sensor, he came straight out, ordered a new part and that fixed the issue. Also very good car preparation, sorted the previous MOT’s advisory of the anti roll bars before sale. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly and helpful

Ahmet was really helpful, nothing too much trouble. Drove all the way from Devon cause he assured me the car was as described. Wasn’t disappointed. Great drive back. Warranty included also.

bought my first car with Ahmet & he was amazing! so lovely & helpful, made me feel so comfortable test driving the cars and kept regular contact. would definitely buy with him again!

Carsplus is a great place to buy a used car. Ahmet’s customer service is excellent, he is very honest and his communication is great throughout your sale. Would highly recommend and would buy a car from him again!

Excellent experience from a very honest and thorough dealer, very easy to deal with and extremely helpful
All aspects of the transaction were smooth and I would definitely purchase from Ahmed again
Big Thankyou from James and Dylan

Highly recommend Cars Plus!
First time dealing with Cars Plus and I have to say Ahmet is extremely friendly and professional to deal with. No hard sell just a non pressured approach. Very pleased with my purchase and I can only recommend his service and cars for sale to others.
He was kind to give 3 months warranty and bought extra 9 months warranty. Thank you

Wow great experience
I too read the reviews and agree with all that has been said. A great service all round. There was nothing I can complain about. After being warned it’s a mine field out there being warned of all the dangers to look out for I can honestly say from my experience you have no worries with carsplus in fact I would even go as far to say you have been blessed to have found them.

Ahmet made the process of finding my daughter’s first car very easy. A good, honest, genuine man who dedicated a lot of time to my husband and I to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. We will definitely ask him to help us find first cars for our other children.

Honest and very helpful. Answered any questions we had. Was really helpful helping us set up the car documents.
Love my new car!

Ahmet was very friendly and extremely professional. The customer service was brilliant. I had a bit of a trouble with my bank transfer but he made me feel at ease and didn’t pressure me with the payment at all. He was communicating well throughout the whole process. The car I purchased was serviced and MOTd before he delivered it to my house with no additional charge. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Straight to the point and helpful. Great customer service!

Professional customer service. Perfect car for reasonable price. Quick and efficient deal. Very helpful and friendly owner. If you find the car you wanted at his collection, don’t hesitate to deal with him. Highly recommended.

Ahmet has been fantastic start to finish with my purchase of an Audi S3. From sales transparency to professionalism I felt looked after each step of the way. Any concerns I had, he made sure to address - in my case the car was MOT'd before purchasing. Really friendly guy with evident knowledge of cars. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish
Will do business again

Really easy process from start to finish. My daughter and I felt looked after and were confidant and reassured by how everything was handled. The car was in great condition and honestly described.
Would definitely recommend! What a refreshing car buying experience!

Excellent service, took the stress out of buying a second hand car. Legitimate seller that is honest and made it really straight forward. You are in good hands if you need a car from this business.

Possibly one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had - needed a first car for my son - car was available for viewing straight away, it needed a new bumper which Ahmet said he would get done before we paid and he delivered the lovely clean car to us at our house 2 days later and kept us updated by WhatsApp on delivery times! Paid by bank transfer which was simple and he was a pleasure to purchase off - thank you Cars Plus!

Thank you so much very happy with our new car . All about service no rushing or fuss..

Couldn’t be happier, very polite and helpful. Keeps you updated with everything, has everything to hand (service history, MOT etc) would definitely recommend. Friendly and very easy to talk to and will answer any question you may have! Unbelievable service.
