Customer friendly experience.

This was an extremely customer friendly experience. It was quick, efficient and painless. Initial contact was made on a Monday, car collected on Tuesday, payment received. Certificate of destruction received on Thursday. Absolutely excellent and a weight lifted from my shoulders.

as advertised, no hassle

Solid service. Honestly, online booking was a breeze and they picked up the car right when they said they would. Paid up with zero hassle, can't ask for more than that.

Everything fine once collectio arranged

Once the appointment was arranged everything worked smoothly regarding collection and payment. Took over a week to get the appointment though with phones ringing out at the location responsible. Customer service at least responded to emails.
