We wary of what you order
I want to start this review off positive. The quality of the items I did receive were gorgeous. That's the only reason I bumped it up to two stars. However, when I ordered my items on Dec 3rd, I fully expected the promotional items featured alongside my order to arrive as well. From my end it appears as such. However, when I received my items on December 17, I was missing the promotional items and I IMMEDIATELY reached out to support. And after more than 15 emails of back and forth I am just going to have to cut my losses because they are not helpful, and refused to acknowledge my proof. Furthermore, they tried to charge me and additional 49.99 yesterday Dec 31, for what I don't know. So not only did I not get all I thought I was supposed to, they even tried to over charge me.

Cartice stop charging people cards unauthorized
I ordered from here yesterday. My order came up to $324.76. They charged an additional unauthorized $4.99 and $49.99 to my card. I reached out to customer service right away(no response) and alerted my bank. Please refund me the unauthorized charges of $4.99 and $49.99. And from the reviews I think I want a refund in full, because I have an uneasy feeling about the product and company all together ‼️

I Order a couple items on Dec 1st...They where shipped to the delivery company by the 11th...Thats where it's still tracking on Dec 26th...Got in contact with customer service via email...They told me the item was in the hands of the shipping company...I track the package again. Ordered a watch from Carticenyc and they automatically signed me up for a $49.99 annual VIP membership which I did not consent too. When I tried to get a refund, they refused. Also, I could not find a way to cancel it on the website.

The Watch y’all sent me don’t work. It isn’t the same as the one y’all flash in your videos the whole band in your videos on the watch is diamonds this one ain’t. It’s got diamonds that only go four bands down and also y’all keep trying to charge me all these random $30 $60 sometimes $24 over and over and over again to my debit card trying to scam me. I’ll be taking this up with your corporate office if y’all even have one you claim that your products are quality when they come from India and they’re made like shit. Don’t believe the stupid videos that they got coming across all this platforms. It’s a joke I wish I could’ve gave you zero stars, but I had to hit one in order for it to even put a star up so y’all got one star for me, but you don’t even deserve it. Peace.
