I’ve brought car from car time initially had a bad experience with the sales team or miss sold me Warranty, lied to me and didn’t show me respect and good level of service after I purchased the car. It could’ve been resolved there and then however, I had to take matters in my own hands. I could not trust the salesman’s Murad. After leaving a review on here a month later as my complaint was ignored initially by the Team. one day after leaving a review I get a call from Scott who is the manager car time bury which I was surprised to receive this call, however he read my initial review. He understood he was apologetic and he was transparent with me and that’s all I wanted initially when I had issues with the Finance and the salesman. He was able to offer me a compensation he’s a man of his word he sent me a documentation of what he’s offered in writing. I was happy with that I’m more just even getting a call on the back of my review. I’m glad my concern complaint was taken seriously in the end and dealt with. Basic customer service good communication and transparency that’s all. So hopefully going forward there won’t be any issues and I hope the rest of the staff are able to match that service standard from Scott hill. If it wasn’t for him, it would be a one star rating.

The company is trying really hard before the transaction is completed. There was no problem for the dealer to call us to make sure that we will be comming to complete the purchase but when I send a request through an email couple of days later.... no call. Quite disappointing especially that after the purchase we have noticed the chip on the windscreen.
I am not sure if I would recommend that company.

AVOID AT ALL COST, WE PURCHASED THE SAY SO LIFETIME MAINTENANCE TO HAVE A PEACE OF MIND AND LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE A LIFETIME HEADACHE!

Within 48 hours from seeing the car online and we’re now driving it away! Noel has been brilliant from start to finish. He’s always answered every call and question and he has been very clear and up front throughout the whole buying process. No hard sales, just a nice friendly guy with A1 service. Thanks Noel 🙂

Placed a £250 refundable deposit on the 26th of May. Went to see the car and it wasn't for me. Today is the 12 of June and still no refund.

Good service and straight forward, would use them again (this was my original review). I have logged on to update this, I reported an issue with my vehicle the morning after collecting it, this was approximately 2 months ago and it has not been resolved, poor communication and just dragging on.

Now bought 2 cars from Cartime. Their customer service is great, only too happy to help if you have any query or issue. Also helpful when it comes to trading in your vehicle. Highly recommend.

Shahzad was extremely helpful, polite and efficient in helping me part exchange my car. Full exchange took some time, but we were comfortable and regularly offered refreshments. Very professional, would recommend.

The salesman was very patient with me whilst I got all of my ducks in a row before, during and after my purchase. They MOT’d it free of charge and fully valletted it too. I was given time to sort my insurance out and the car was an absolute steal I terms of price. It had done less that 5000 miles! Would recommend Cartime to my family and friends.

DREADFUL. They seem unable to refund my "refundable" deposit of £250.
I've been asking for 3 weeks for a refund and have been given a host of excuses. They've "escalated" my case apparently. And yet I've still not been given my money back.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. And if you do, make sure you have the local small claims court email address handy, you'll need it.

Dreadful, unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

5 stars to Jason today was very helpful . Made my experience quick and easy with no hassle. Customer service was 10/10! I would definitely recommend requesting him when visiting car time bury!

Purchased a car from a salesman called Suhaib. He was amazing to deal with throughout, got nervous a few times, as was my first time buying a car on finance. Suhaib reassured me and explained everything in a way I would understand. Other dealerships I had visited were quite pushy but Suhaib was not pushy at all, gave me all the time I needed. I am very thankful for the experience and will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade. Keep up the hard work.

TERRIBLE COMPANY WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!!!!
Firstly customer service from Paul the salesman was awful, as he was giving sarcastic comments to everything we asked also very pushy asking to pay the deposit to buy the car. Then once we bought the car we noticed a fault and Cartime refused to do anything about it. We had to ring several times and finally spoke to a different branch. The manager there sorted it. All the want is a sale.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
We bought a car from this company in March and on our journey home there was a problem with it. We took it to a garage the next day suggested by Cartime and the garage found problem after problem. It is now 8 weeks down the line and we have only just got our money back. Such poor service for a big company.

Michael was super throughout the whole purchase. Super professional and really helpful.
