Salesman just do not get back to you. Once they have made the sale they don't care about you anymore. Still waiting for charger cables 5 days after delivery of vehicle. Car delivered with less than 15 miles on the battery and with no cables. Repeated attempts to try and find out what is happening are just ignored. When you try and phone Cartime and ask to speak to a manager you are told they won't put the call directly through. They will get a manager to call you back within 48 hours. Shows how much they care.

Absolute nightmare from the minute we put the deposit down. Car not ready no explanations no communication but that was nothing until it came time to refund the deposit we had paid. AVOID THIS COMPANY SIMPLE.

Seamless pick up on the day agreed

Bought a car on PCP with Cartime and have been trying to get a couple of things I was told I would be given after purchase. I have been calling for weeks and told that the salesman will get back to me and is simply ignoring my messages and e-mails.

I was also mis-sold the lifetime warranty, they didn't provide any paperwork and failed to mention any ongoing fees which I have been told by the insurance company are charged on an annual basis following an introductory period.

Lovely customer service until you've signed the paperwork, and then anything they have promised you goes out the window and they start hanging the phone up on you mid-conversation.

Dishonesty or laziness I can't say, but cannot recommend these guys after my terrible after care

I've had a very bad experience with Cartime. When I bought the car I was informed that there was an issue with the air con/heater. The salesman agreed to have it booked in at a local Hyundai dealership at a later date to have it fixed. The car has been in for diagnosis and I have now been waiting a week for Cartime to approve the repair costs (even though in their email correspondence, work typically gets approved within 24 hours); and given that the car has also developed a brake issue, it is not currently safe to drive. The situation has reportedly 'been escalated to the highest level of management.' I am astonished at their lack of urgency, interest and communication, as well as the passive aggressive attitude of the service/aftercare team. There's nothing like good customer service - and this is nothing like it!

Very poor sales experience. Enquired about a car the night before, lots of correspondence at the time, friendly and accommodating. Slept on it over night and had a few more exchanges the next day where sales advisor knocked some more money off which was great, all the while he was very aware I was looking at another car. Decided to go with the other car in the end and when advising him of this I received a snide remark back basically accusing me of wasting his time. I have the screenshots of messages that prove this.

I would not recommend Cartime Bury because their after sales is disgusting. The telephone staff say one thing and then go back on it. I bought a car with several updates required and despite having a 30 day warranty they are still not paying. DO NOT buy from this place

I purchased a vehicle from Cartime and, unfortunately, my experience since collection has been very poor.

Shortly after collecting the car, I experienced issues with the tyre pressures and contacted Cartime for assistance. However, my biggest concern is that I still have not received the vehicle's full service history, despite first requesting it on 19 August 2026 and chasing multiple times since.

I was advised at the point of sale that the vehicle had been serviced by Cartime in 2026, yet weeks later I am still waiting for documentation to support this. The lack of transparency has left me questioning whether the service was actually carried out as described.

What's been most frustrating is the communication. I initially dealt with Niamh, who stopped responding altogether, leaving me repeatedly having to chase for updates with little or no progress. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect timely responses and access to documentation relating to a vehicle I've purchased.

Buying the car was straightforward enough, but the aftersales support has been extremely disappointing. The ongoing delays, lack of communication, and failure to provide information that should be readily available have significantly reduced my confidence in Cartime.

I hope this review prompts someone to resolve the issue, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Cartime's aftersales service.
