Placed online order
Placed online order, picked up from store once ready, unpacked at home only to find wrong item was given, had to return to store to return wrong item, then had to wait for correct item to be reordered, so had to revisit store (3rd time) to eventually get correct item. Frustrated with the whole process.

The shop/agent could not find my click…
The shop/agent could not find my click and collect order. Much time wasted. Turns out they just had to taken a toner from stock, not spend 10 minutes searching through boxed lining the walkways.

Thank you for leaving a review. We’ve been in touch with the store manager, and they called and left you a voicemail on 12/08 to inform you that, unfortunately, the tape was out of stock, and they were unable to source it despite their best efforts. A full refund was issued on the same day.
