I placed an order on Dec 3rd and never received it. Order #4332 I have email receipt as proof.

I wrote an earlier review and was told I would be refunded immediately but it’s been 6 days. Is this going to happen or not? Very frustrated with this company. Order number 4643

Never received my order. I sent several messages I was told it was in transit. They could not give me a tracking number or carrier info. Now they have stopped replying Order #4198. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Please refund my order #4224 that was placed on 12/2. I never received it and it was a Christmas gift.

Made order on October 2020, still have not received my items or any contact. Please refund my order #2674 immediately!

I never received my order, and have already paid for it through my Visa account. Visa is going to dispute the amount with casbilanka. I think this company is a scam.

Do NOT order anything from this company. I placed an order in November and never received confirmation of shipping or tracking number. I get no response from my emails and they have NOT refunded my money.
*Amazingly, I was finally just refunded the money on Jan. 12. I had placed my order the end of November.

I have also not received my order which was placed on December 17th. I was charged for the order but not refunded. The site is down and there is no way to contact anyone. I would like my refund.

So it seems not to my surprise that this site has a track record of dissatisfied customers. You can add me to the list. I ordered a product from them on October 30th 2020. I asked them if they shipped out the item because my app Shop showed it never was shipped. They said the item was in transit, I asked where is the location of the item now, they never answered. I
asked for refund then I demanded one. They said in 10 business days I should receive my refund. My refund hasn’t shown up in my account yet. I sent another email and they sent me this....Your request (2966) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

It doesn’t matter how small or large the payment was. I deserve my money back!

Ditto to all the negative reviews. Same story here. Ordered Dec. 7, emailed to inquire about my order #4608 the response was “ be more patient” another week passed and I sent another email asking for tracking number & I have had no response. I sent a third email requesting to cancel my order, no response. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute charges.

I have the same issue as everyone else. I ordered Dec 6 and haven’t received our gift. I contacted the company 3/4 times asking for a tracking number and I haven’t received one. Probably because it hasn’t shipped. I would like a refund or my gift and no one will respond. Order #4543 If I don’t hear anything soon I will contact my credit union and file a claim.

I ordered 11/30. Never received my order (#4096). Initially emailed to inquire about status and they said it was in transit and to be patient. Asked for a tracking number and never received a response. I don’t believe the order was ever shipped. So, I then reached out and asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund and never received a reply back. Now, the website is down and there’s no way to communicate with them. Do not use this company. If I do not receive a refund, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered from here and have requested the status of my order #4792. And now the website isn’t working. I tried telling them I want a refund but they won’t even respond to me emails. Highly irritated considering how tough times are and I could have spent what money I have somewhere else

Order # 4718. Ordered for my grand children for Christmas. Was promised delivery by 12/22. It didn't happen so I had to rush other gifts to them. I want a complete refund or will contact my bank Monday morning

Placed an order and contacted "customer service" and never received a response. I waited 2 weeks and can not reach anyone. Doubtful this is a legitimate company.

Like nearly every other review here I placed an order on December 4th and haven’t received it by December 24th. This is a scam. Got the same reply from them on email as everyone else telling me to be patient. Never received a tracking number despite the fact that “they show it has shipped”
