This is a scam dating site. Their system generates fake profiles to get you to buy credits. I am to smart for that. Will give you a tip when you go to these sites and write your profile ask in your profile to include a name... can be a fake name, you will see when you receive a message that there is no mention of that name in the message. Hence its a fake profile that someone who is paid to entice you to buy credits.Scam,Scam,Scam

Cannot get ahold of them through email and no phone number anywhere online to call support. They are charging fees and not providing the service, their website is down and their app does not let me sign in to receive leads, worst company ever, their new management sucks, Ray Jaff was the owner before he was great, now this company is in the dumps! Never use them or even.sign up for free month, it's not worth the.hassle honestly. You'll thank me truly! I am going to report them anywhere I can. I'm totally disgusted, they have no decency or professionalism, they don't even respond to emails or update there subscribers of their issues. Simply horrible 0 start rating if I could hell negative 99

The worst service I ever had. I placed a property for rent on Casalova website and it showed "Not available" even if the $30 fee was withdrawn from my credit card.

These guys robbed alot of their agents. Bought credits worth over $500 to get leads from them, they took the money and haven't shared a single lead. All attempts to reach out to them has been unsuccessful.

Last year the app had some decent leads. It has become more pricey and in the last 6 months I have not had one good lead. A complete waste of time and money. In the last 6 months 70 per cent of the leads phone numbers were invalid or when I did contact a lead they told me they were not interested in homes right now and they did not want anyone to contact them. Plus when you try to cancel your service they keep charging your credit card. the only way to get them to quit is to cancel your credit card. Would not recommend!

I posted an ad to sell my property on this website but the poor Mapping system placed my property in the wrong area, about 50 miles away from the lake it is on. I have tried to contact Casalova agents on the website through Chat, the only way to contact anyone, but no one ever helps. At this point no one is seeing my property in the area where it is located, so I think I just threw away $20.00. I will certainly NOT be renewing my monthly subscription.

Called them 6 times in past 5 days and yet NO response from even 1 agent, reporting this broker to the authorities to withdraw their licence

It was extremely organised, efficient, the staff was exceptional and the overall service I received was way above average. Especially in comparison to some of their competitors like Condos.ca which i felt like a bother to when i would contact them.

Would HIGHLY recommend! In fact I have already recommended them to a friend of mine.

Casalova is a very progressive and convenient tool to find an apartment for rent. We are very satiflsfied with the service and will definitely recommend it. People are nice and professional, paperwork was fast, no issues at all.
