Cash & Carry Kitchens - Kerry Farranfore Opiniões 

Very poor after care service. My Belfast sink cracked after only 16 months of normal use so I contacted Cash & Carry Kitchens - they said it was due to "normal wear and tear". They wouldn't cover any costs. Which I think is very unreasonable considering a Belfast sink is strong, expensive and should last for many years. We spent over 20,000 euro with them so really disappointed with their customer service. If I had my time back I'd go with someone else.

The above situation was the final result of many emails and conversations with Cash & Carry kitchens. They have refused to cover any costs associated with the issue - the manufacturer (Blanco) gave me a discount on a new sink.

Overall, I would be careful when purchasing a new kitchen from Cash & Carry. Great sales team but once the kitchen is bought and money is paid - they don't seem to care about quality or customer service.

I had a great experience with this company. From the beginning, I found the design team and staff extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Their guidance throughout the planning process gave me confidence and made the whole experience much easier.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Dan in the Cash & Carry Kitchens showroom in Farranfore. We first made an enquiry over 18 months ago and from the moment we confirmed our order, Dan's communication and customer service have been excellent throughout the entire process.

We absolutely love the design of our kitchen based on the plans and can't wait to see the finished result. If we had chosen a fully bespoke kitchen, I am sure it would have cost at least twice what we are paying, so we feel we have received exceptional value without compromising on quality or style.

I would highly recommend Cash & Carry Kitchens and if you are visiting the Farranfore showroom, be sure to ask for Dan – he is fantastic!

My wife and I went into the Farranfore location, where we originally bought our kitchen to enquire about a few worn casters on a cabinet. Dan Kelly assisted us and provided new casters to us as well as helping us with a new know for another cabinet. He went over and above yo make sure we were happy.
