It was very easy to sale my SUV
It was very easy to sale my SUV. Customer Services called me to ask a few questions to get the correct price. I uploaded some images. They got my final offer. They came within 24 hours to pick up my vehicle. I got a check for the amount
. The only problem was that they must receive the vehicle in the (office) before I was able to cash the check. This is something that needs to be told because I wasn’t. But it was easy and fast.

When scheduling pickup we were told vehicle had to be out of garage
When scheduling pickup we were told that vehicle had to be out of garage otherwise it could not be picked up. We had to have another company tow truck pull vehicle out which cost $160! When tow truck came to pick up vehicle, the driver said he could have taken the car out of garage easily which would have avoided the additional $160 cost .
I feel the requirement for vehicle to be outside of garage should be amended to include gathering additional information to assess the situation and possibly include tow truck driver to make a decision as to feasibility of pick up. I give the driver 5 stars for his job performance and explanation of services & was very trustworthy however give overall experience a 3 star due to additional unnecessary tow cost to remove from garage.
