Iike other customers, I was also overcharged on my initial order and had several emails back and forth to only receive a partial refund. After 2 months in transit, I was notified my order delivered 2 weeks prior which it did not. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company. They are not reputable nor willing to resolve disputes.

False advertising. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Item nothing like advert picture. Size wasn't true to their guide chart so HUGE on me. Misleading by picture, thought it was a chunky jumper, in reality it was a thin cheap print on material, some of print was smudged like out of focus. After 25 emails they offered me £6/$8 , they'd offered me much less initially, wouldn't allow me to return it. It actually came from China, not America, would've cost me £25 to return it. The Garment cost me £35 which I didn't mind too much thinking I was getting a chunky knitted jumper. Will NEVER EVER order from this SHAM of a company again

My experience with company was a nightmare!
The amount I was charged was incorrect. It was higher by 20+ dollars. They said it was an error but they only reimbursed 13. They completely refused to issue the correct refund.
Also, the incorrect items was sent. The quality of the item is bad. Tried to exchange it but I was told that I had to pay to ship it back. We had a discussion back and forth for many days but no good results came out of it.
They would never admit they made a mistake and I am stuck with an item I can't use.
And they don't care!!
I will never order from them again!

I ordered 5 items. 1 shirt that was $39.99 was swapped with another shirt my husband will never wear and a pair of tights was not shipped $19.99. My order was supposed to ship free of charge. On my original receipt it shows no shipping.
I was charged $19.29 for shipping. Which now that I called it out, is getting returned to me.
Cashmere tribe CS is offering me $17 for their mistake on the miss ship and no tights and aksing me to accept it. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE BY ANY MEANS, their mistake is not my problem. I am simply asking for a refund on the items I ordered and did not receive.
Also, the quality is a bit sketch. no labels on the clothing stating what they are made of or country of origin. Also it took a month to get to me. They did send email updates when the items were going through customers etc. But I wish I would of known the time frame when I ordered.

I ordered a grinch sweater (or so I thought) the picture looks like a sweater but after a long wait, it arrived & it’s a plastic sweater painted to look like knit material. I tried to return it but they won’t let me. They keep saying I got what I ordered. But I don’t want this cheap thing. They offered a $3 refund on a $38 sweater. After complaints they offered $5! Scam scam scam. Buyer beware!! Cheap merchandise & terrible customer service

I'm glad to say my shirts have arrived and they are beautiful. Cashmeretribe emailed me daily notifying me of my order's status from departure, through customs, to my mailbox. I would give 5 stars but my XXL shirt is a little tight and I will have to give it to a friend. That just means I get to order another one.

This company is a scam. I waited three weeks only to find out my item had been returned to sender. I thought it was my fault because I didn’t include a unit number only to do some digging and find out I had included it. Then I was told it wasn’t being shipped to the warehouse so if I wanted my item I would have to pay the shipping fee and loss of item.

Then I was told they could refund me minus the loss of item.

This is not to mention that shortly after my purchase my credit card was compromised and I had to get a new one. I really don’t think there is a coincidence.

The emails were barely understandable. If I could attach a photo I would.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NIT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE.

Got this hat recently and pretty impressed. Price seemed fair, took a bit—two weeks—but thats alright. The quality is quite good, the fabric feels nice and durable. Overall, not disappointed with the purchase despite the longer than expected delivery time.

Order 1 shirt……over a month ago, still havent received it. Tracking gives little detail other than it was sitting in customs for 2 weeks and now in North Charleston for 8 days. Dont know who they use for shipping but this is the worst service I’ve ever received. Dont know who runs this company but they should be embarrassed. Order placed on August 31, 2024

I picked this hoodie and found it a solid deal. It arrived in neat packaging. The material could be softer, but overall, a decent purchase for the price. Suggest more color options.

It took quite a while fore the products to be delivered and when they were there was 4 items missing. You can not find a telephone number to call and the support people acted interested in what I had to say up and until I explained they did not complete the order...they went radio silent. ordered 12 items, received 8,

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. they sent me a shirt that in no way equates to an XL in the US and they refused to refund my money back. They offered me $3, pathetic. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!

I told you I have given you absolutely everything I got!! You're looking for a way to stick me with a product that does not fit.

I recently purchased this hat and I'm completely satisfied with it. For its price, the quality is top-notch. It's affordable but doesn't compromise on the style and comfort. I love the distressed washed look and the faith-inspired print. A great purchase, worth every penny. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely dreadful service. Seems like you just get a chatbot. Ordered 3 shirts and only one is, in theory, shipping. They will not answer for the missing shirts.

I ordered shirts on June 5th for Juneteenth. It is now June 28th and still no shirts. I asked for a refund, they said contact customer service. Who was I speaking with????

Not only is it stylish but its unisex design makes it versatile. I recently bought a Unisex Distressed Washed Cotton Faith Print Hat. Therefore, I believe I got value for my money. The hat is of exceptional quality. The distressed washed cotton fabric is sturdy yet soft. I recommend purchasing this hat. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I have now waited for my order nearly 3 month, it seems like a fake shop. And i can’t recomend shopping there!!

I ordered 3 items of clothing and 2 were beautifully printed but the 3rd was not as described (silky fabric for a hoodie) so I contacted Cashmere Tribe and was offered a few small discounts but the customer portal, 'Shiyel' was quite dubious and they tried to convince me not to return the hoodie because of the shipping cost. My order took 4 weeks to arrive and I asked if it was made using slave labour in China but I received no response to this. I contacted PayPal and tried to resolve the problems with the seller but I didn't trust the information I was given after reading about the company (Landbase Trading Co) which is listed under a different address on the website and had some mixed reviews. After a fair amount of wasted time and hassle trying to find out how to return the hoodie, I decided to release the case for PayPal to take action and the seller did not respond so I was offered a full refund.

Please be careful when ordering. You may not be happy with what you receive and returns will be at your expense. If I had known my clothes were being made in China I wouldn't have ordered them, I'm a christian and have concerns that God's Name is being used in an unethical way on these clothes, potentially making people work in poor conditions for very low pay 😟
