This Plaid or whatever it is, has royally messed up my business with you. Where I've been able to take care of my loans is as little as 15 minutes, you've made it something that takes forever now

I've got a loan that supposed to be…
Ive got a refund today for a loan I made 3 years ago. Thank you, you're good company when it comes to loans and customer service but, what you've done, isn't cool. You lost your reputation now because you couldn't wait 3 days to get paid back. Because of you I couldn't pay back the last loan and it's now on collection I'm hoping to get it waived. You are losing money that you should be keeping but greediness causes this.
It's better if they shut you down for 5 years or so for a lesson teaching.
