Withdrawal reversed without asking me
Requested a 70 EUR cashout and two days later it was back in my casino balance with a note about needing more verification. They could’ve just emailed me instead of reversing it. Now I have to request it all over again once verified.

KYC rejected twice for no clear reason
Uploaded my ID and utility bill twice now and both times got rejected with a vague message about document quality. The photos are clear, I can read everything. I just want to withdraw my 85 EUR. The casino itself was fine when I was depositing, but now I’m stuck.

Won 60 EUR but still waiting
Hit a nice win on Big Bass Bonanza and cashed out 60 EUR three days ago. It’s still pending review. I’m sure it’ll come eventually but the wait makes me second-guess using this site for anything bigger in future. Just want my money.

Withdrawal request form unclear
When I went to withdraw for the first time, the form asked for an IBAN but didn’t specify format or spacing. I entered it with spaces and got an error. Tried without spaces, still error. Turned out I needed to pick my country first from a dropdown I didn’t even see. Confusing layout.

Live dealer stream quality poor
Tried Lightning Roulette and the video kept buffering even though my internet was fine, streaming other stuff in HD no problem. Audio was out of sync too. Made it hard to trust the game when I couldn’t see the wheel spin clearly.

Monopoly Live had audio delay
Playing Monopoly Live in a doctor’s waiting room and the audio was about 2 seconds behind the video. Made it hard to follow the game. Video quality was fine though.

Verification rejected my utility bill twice
I sent a clear scan of my electricity bill with my name and address visible. They rejected it saying the document wasn’t valid, then rejected a second one with no explanation. Finally accepted my bank statement but the whole process took six days.
