I've deposited on the site. After a few winning bets on the sportsbook, I decided to withdraw my winnings (around $400, of which $150 is pure profit). After that, they started a "review" of my bets, and I should have passed KYC to complete the withdrawal. It's been almost 2 weeks now, and no reply from their side. If they're freezing 400$ for 2 weeks, what would they do with higher amounts? :)

I successfully registered. I made my first deposit of $500 and lost it. I made a second deposit of $500. Before I could even turn a profit, they reduced the betting limits, so I lost interest. Somehow, I managed to cash out a small profit, which was about $350. After that, the betting limits were finally reduced to $10. So, the initial limits of $500 turned into $10. They reduced them 50-fold in just a couple of days. I made a total of 57 bets, most of which were under $100.
After attempting to withdraw funds, the casino requested identity verification. I passed it in two days. They confirmed it, but set a withdrawal limit of $500 per day (nonsense, because according to the terms and conditions, you can withdraw more).
After the first successful withdrawal, I requested a second one and received an email notification that withdrawals were blocked until an internal review of my bets was completed. According to their rules, verification can take up to 90 days. They claim it usually ends faster. But we all know perfectly well that's most likely a blatant lie. There's nothing to check in 57 small bets, and it can be done in a week at most. Thus, the casino is manipulating its insane rules and can do whatever it wants with your funds during this period.

As of today, 7 days have passed, and the verification is ongoing.

If it ends before a month, I'll be surprised and will note this in my review.

I signed up with Casinocrypto.io for the first time, made a deposit using cryptocurrency, and subsequently won funds which I attempted to withdraw.

Immediately after requesting a withdrawal, I was informed that my account had been flagged as a duplicate account and my account was closed. I have never previously held an account with this casino and have only ever used a single account.

My winnings were confiscated, my account was closed, and my deposit has not been returned. Since then, live chat has ended conversations without resolving the issue and my emails have not been answered within the response times stated by the casino.

I am happy to complete any identity verification or security checks required. However, at the time of writing I have received no evidence of any duplicate account, no meaningful explanation for the decision, and no resolution regarding my funds.

I will update this review if the matter is resolved.

I requested info and was sent a massive list of completely unknown usernames which are apparently the same device fingerprint as my account. I have never heard of such nonsense.

All of this effort to prevent me receiving winnings of a few hundred pounds.

I have never heard of any of the usernames they have listed and proves absolutely nothing.
