Dieses Casino hat nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Auszahlungen dauern über eine Woche und werden dann vom Casino storniert. In den Auszahlungen werden diese trotzdem aufgeführt. Ich habe 3 Auszahlungen getätigt. Diese wurden storniert, sind aber noch in den Auszahlungen aufgelistet, so dass ich keine weiteren Auszahlungen mehr tätigen kann. Weil das Auszahlungslimit bei 3 Auszahlungen liegt. Im Chat kann mir niemand helfen. Mein VIP Manager kann mir auch nicht helfen. Kontakt per E-Mail ebenfalls ohne Erfolg! Only giving 1 star because thats the minimum possible. Please please PLEASE do not use this site. They are fraudsters. I have won £4000 and they are trying their hardest to delay paying it. Firstly saying maximum withdrawal is £500. Then all withdrawals take a minimum of 72 working hours to process!! Ive never experienced this before. Im begging everyone do not use this site

DO NOT USE THIS GAMBLING SITE! I deposited £50. Won and went to withdraw £150. Not a huge win by most standards. I won on a Saturday morning. Withdrawal was sat in “under review” all weekend. Contacted the company asking why, they told me it has to be 3 business days. We’re now on day 7, 5 business days, and it’s still under review. Yesterday after 5 days of copy and paste replies stating “the withdrawal can’t be processed due to a large number of withdrawals taking place” I threatened to report the company to the gambling commission. Within an hour the funds were in my account. I certainly won’t be using them again, this experience along with the other reviews has me wondering if it was more than a £150 withdrawal would I still be without the money

Still waiting for payment of a withdrawal £800 that Casinolab claimed they paid on 8th October. The help chat is automated and useless, and no reply from email support. After reading the reviews, it’s clear this is a scam casino, but I’m at a loss to understand how they are still licensed to operate.
I’ll formally complain via the appropriate Gambling Commission, but given the number of existing complaints, I doubt they will do anything. AVOID this casino.

Casino ist an sich sehr gut , aber was ist schon ein Casino , wenn man sich das gewonnene Geld einfach nicht auszahlen lassen kann ?! Ich warte auch bereits seit 1 Wocher , und der Status meiner Auszahlung ist immernoch gleich. Angeblich dauert es 3 Tage eine Auszahlung zu bearbeiten, aber das Casino hofft einfach nur darauf das man selber die bestehenden Auszahlungen wieder storniert. Man muss hier also sehr verantwortungsvoll spielen, keine Möglichkeit um Limits oder Auszeiten zu setzten. Ich denke das ich das Geld noch ausgezahlt bekomme , allerdings ist das eine Frechheit 2-4 Wochen für so einen Vorgang zu benötigen. Jeder der nicht immer verantwortungsvoll spielt ist hier total verloren, egal wie viel er gewinnt. Das Casino hat sowieso immer schon den Heimvorteil , allerdings wird hier noch mit den prozentualen Wahrscheinlichkeiten gespielt das der Spieler nach einiger Zeit dann doch die Auszahlung abbricht um weiter zu spielen.
