Awful scam website
Awful scam website. They wouldn't even let me withdraw 100euro after definitely depositing way more then that. Once I'd had enough of there run around they were happy enough to close my account. Please please don't listen to them "good reviews" this website is absolutely a scam that I've reported.. I'm not desperate for 100 euro they can shove it but for anyone else who may have a bigger wins don't count on ever seeing it transfer to your account. Yes and that withdrawal never made it to my account EVER. And after a long time trying to battle with ye about it I gave up and chose to close the account and let ye keep the money.. it was more important to ye then my custom apparently

Hello Sinead,
I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you faced with your withdrawal.
Various factors can affect withdrawals, such as ensuring your account is fully verified, meeting applicable wagering requirements, and checking for a maximum withdrawal limit, especially if it involves bonus funds.
I want to investigate this matter further to understand what happened and provide clarity on the situation. Please share your account details or the email associated with your account. This will help me review the specific details of your case and address any concerns you may have.
I appreciate your cooperation, and I appreciate your patience as we work towards a resolution.
Kind Regards,
Casino Rocket

Hello Sinead,
Thank you for providing your account deatils.
Upon reviewing your account, a withdrawal request was made on the 14th and was still in process when you attempted to make the second withdrawal.
You were informed that you can make another withdrawal once the current withdrawal has been processed and reached your bank.
However, no additional withdrawal attempts were made following this.
I hope this provides clarity.
Kind Regards,
Casino Rocket
I deposited using XRP
I deposited using XRP. Had a small win and went to cash out and a Red box popped up saying is invalid.
Contacted live chat and they told me to do a bank withdrawal instead so I did.
A day and a half later they cancel it saying I have to withdrawal via the same method. So I try again and again and the same red box appears saying is invalid which means I cannot withdraw my money. Contacted support again and keep getting the run around with the same answers and now they are ignoring me.
I even sent them my XRP wallet address to see if they can manually do it and they are still ignoring me, they are a rogue casino.
You will 100% have issues withdrawing your money from this casino if you play here, I highly recommend you do not as I still have not received my money or any help with any options.
Rogue at best

Still having issues with casino rocket
Still having issues with casino rocket, they took my money but didn’t deposit to my account. The payments showed as “discarded” but payment was still taken.
They reviewed the wrong payments and advised all is in order but didn’t review the “discarded” payments where the issue is. And are now refusing to further investigate and return my funds.

They took my money but never deposited to my account. I provided details of the payments from my bank for the funds to be returned to my bank account but they put impossible obstacles in the way and are refusing to search for the payments.
They keep requesting a bank statement showing the reference numbers of the transactions but this information is not on a bank statement!! I have showed Skye a copy of a bank statement in the past and you can see this information requested is not on a statement! How can they find 1 payment with the information provided but not the 4 other payments.

Hi Deidre,
Thank you for sending your details.
I looked into your account and I can see that there was just one withdrawal made and it was cancelled.
However, I noticed that there is a missing deposit and the relevant team is just waiting for a bank statement to be able to investigate on your concern further.
I will also be looking into that so we can find a resolution.
Thank you for your patience.

Good Day Minde,
We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best gaming experience.
I completely understand your disappointment. Waiting for a few days for your deposit to be posted can be inconvenient as we realize that you would love to play and have some entertainment.
In most circumstances, the deposit reflects immediately on your account; however, there may be times when the payment service provider is experiencing technical difficulties.
I'd love to look into your account and find out what happened.
We want to emphasize that one of our company's primary principles is maintaining our players' delight and satisfaction, and we strive hard to achieve this.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience.
We offer rapid, dependable withdrawals with minimal delay on most payment options, ensuring that you always have access to your winnings as soon as possible.
Because most banks are only open on weekdays, most businesses do not process payments on weekends.
Additionally, if your account has been validated and we have all of the relevant information, we will generally complete your withdrawal within 24 hours. However, the payment provider determines the time it takes for the actual amount to be credited to your payment account. For example, transferring money to a credit card can take up to 5 days. Meanwhile, bank transfers may take 5-7 business days.
Thank you for your utmost understanding.
If there is anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know.
Kind Regards,
Casino Rocket
