Suchen immer wieder neue, an den Haaren herangezogene Gründe, um die Auszahlung zu verwehren !

Mir wurden 100 € verwehrt, weil ich angeblich 40 € Bets während des WELCOME-BONUS getätigt hätte...

Ich hatte den Welcome-Bonus längst gecancelt , nachdem ich von 3000 auf 300 € zurückfiel und nach 68 Std GAMING immer noch Ewigkeiten vom Ereichen des WAGER 35 entfernt war....

Nach canceln des Bonusses und Kontostand "0" kaufte ich 500 WAGER freie freespins aus meinem GLIMMER-Account (wer Casoo jemals gespielt hat, kennt diesen GLIMMER)
Und hier wurde mir der 100 € Ertrag aus den gleichen Gründen verweigert... Lächerlicher gehts nicht.
Bin nur froh, dass dieser Betrüger-Laden "nur" 45 Euro von mir erhalten hat.

Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum CASOO weder britische noch maltesische Gaming-Lizens hat.

Spielt bloß nicht bei diesem Casino Gewinne werden nicht ausgezahlt wegen angeblicher Konflikte mit der IP Adresse und schreibt man dann eine Email an den Support kommt Tagelang keine Antwort lasst bloß die Finger weg

They use neteller, nets and others as a excuse for they have problems with sending your money to your account. And offcause not the other way around. They use netellers and nets name and to cheet People for their money , and to fool you to use casoo. But dont.... it is by far the WORST casino ever and they make a living by CHEETING peoble.

Worst casino ever. Do not play with them. They only allow withdrawal only after you achieve 3 times turnover on their jackpot games and 5 times turnover for other games.
They confiscated and denied my withdrawal of 15000 USD with accusations of money laundering suspicions without any merit. Absolutely a scam operation. One star is too kind to them!!!!

Das Casino ist schön aufgebaut, so gut wie alle Anbieter sind dort vertreten hin und wieder gibt es Einzahlungsbonus.

‼️Aber eins kotzt mich da wirklich sowas von an, ich spiele gerne mit Bonus auch wenn man 30 mal umsetzt muss hab ich kein Problem damit aber wie link die das machen ist echt Unterste Schublade, und zwar hab 100 Euro eingezahlt 100% Bonus erhalten hab dann auch alles umgesetzt und am Ende hatte ich 4000 Euro aber wegen dem Bonus könnte ich nur alles über 3000 auszahlen egal wie du umsetzt du kannst nicht mehr auszahlen als die Umsatz Bedienung sind du kannst nur darüber auszahlen.

Aus dem Grund werde ich dort kein Cent mehr einzahlen

Better stay away from Casoo - its surely one of the worst Casino Sites out there.
The support cannot answer questions concerning their own bonus terms, it is ridicolous.
My balance was deleted 72hours after activating the welcome bonus - at this point my wager was already nearly done. Serious sites keep you informed how much time is left.

I have played on the Casoo site for a long time. The layout was great and the games are my favourite. I also like that withdrawals aren't pending for long and after approval, with Bank Transfers, the money was in my account the next day. Support was good also

I feel like I have to make my first review after my experience with them yesterday:

Before even signing up I read through the terms and conditions/ bonus policy and found them to be the best choice for the moment.

Positives: Depositing was very easy, many options to choose from. I talked to support and their assistance was very helpful, for every question I had. Furthermore they replied within 1 minute to help with my verification.

I had a problem with laggy slot and they suggested I chance browsers which turned out to be the issue, so they have solutions for every type of issue.

The software is great, and there are so many game providers to choose from. After completing my welcome bonus wager the game actually stopped to notify me and ask if I'd like to continue betting.

Finally, the withdrawal was processed very quickly and I received my money within 5 hours of requesting it.

1 STAR is too much !!! The casino takes your money and says its due to a sticky bonus !!! Never ever play there !

Scamming website. I did add for 1000 DKK on 15/8 2020 and got a 100% bonus which made the balance 2000 DKK. I wagered for 50000 with bets of 5 and 10 DKK. After hitting 100 % wager, I changed the amount to 20 DKK (when you are wagering, you cant play for higher than 15 DKK or 2 euro)

After wagering my balance was 9000, and after trying to cash out, they removed my money and inserted the 1000 DKK again and told I had abused the system by going 20 DKK spins.

I didnt do that before AFTER wagering, but since their system isnt automatic, it does ONLY update your balance from wager money to real money after you left the SLOT machine, even though you got 100% wager.

They told I had abused the system and couldnt get my money

After making some profit I decided to withdraw my balance.
In the beginning I had a 50 eur bonus which was not used - played at live tables -
When cancelling the bonus (only 50 eur) my whole balance disappeared, including the 2 deposit that I did.

Scam site, had a bonus and because of the layout of one machine i clicked the wrong amount actually ending up losing more money, but i managed the wager and ended up with a little profit.

Casoo then accused me of bonus abusing and took all my winnings. Even tho that single missclick because of the confusing layout lost me money.

Afterwards they refuse to answer any mails regarding this, cause they know they are running a scam site.

1/10 go play somewhere else where they dont screw over their players

this is worst casino ever. They are not honest. I played and i had 600 euro. I had withdrawal. They rejected and took all my money. Reasson was i hade spinned with 4 euro. If You want to play in safe You must never play in this casino
