When I placed the order your website said you had everything in stock. I paid $84. For 2 day shipping. The product arrived 6 days later.
Your team member said they were out of stock and you had to wait to receive product.

At checkout, UPS Ground was selected as the shipping method (as shown on the order confirmation), and the order was shipped accordingly after assembly and inspection.

Website chat to order fulfillment -- Excellent
Reached out via the website and they were very responsive, did not have to communicate with a robot or someone overseas. He was super helpful is asking questions to make sure I was ordering the correct items for my environment that would last and be ergonomically the best. Order was shipped in a timely manner.
