We're pleased to offer free UK delivery on all artwork and sculpture orders. We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day cooling off period. If, for any reason, you decide it's not for you, we'll either arrange to collect the artwork free of charge or you can drop the artwork into your local gallery.

Excellent experience through the whole process
I have been a regular customer of Castle for a number of years now and thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish and couldn’t recommend this company enough. Jonathan and Liam are unbelievably knowledgable of the art and artists they represent and make every visit a pleasurable and informative experience. Dan the technician, who came to install our pieces, did an excellent job, paying tremendous detail and offering great advice so that the pieces were positioned exactly right to get the very best from our new artwork.

Excellent Post Sale Customer Service
I bought a stunning piece from Castle Fine Art a few years ago and experienced fantastic customer service at that time. I recently encountered a few framing/environmental issues that were not necessarily the responsibility of the company. However they could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve the problem, at no expense to myself. I cannot recommend this company enough. (In addition, I asked them where best to promote my excellent customer service experience, unlike so many other companies!)

FIFTY-EIGHT DAYS AGO
i ordered five dylan art pieces as eventual inheritance gifts
for the kids, a very big deal for me and my family as we are working people not privileged elites

before making full payment i made a very specific point of voice-to-voice asking "CASTLE" to ensure careful and responsible shipping coordination and communication for signature delivery at my doorstep in portland
●
my request was completely ignored and the paintings have now been loose out in the world for weeks, being endlessly tossed-about by "CASTLE'S" shipper
●
this morning "CASTLE'S" shipper notified me that
the shipment has now failed ~ FAILED!
●
at seventy i've owned and personally managed several small businesses, one of them up until today, so i'm not shooting from the hip here when expressing my shock and profound disappointment with
this one hundred percent avoidable fail
●
bad things sometimes happen in life and business but [it's always the quality of the response afterwards which matters most]
●

Thank you for your review. We are genuinely sorry for the frustration and concern this situation has caused and fully understand that this was a very special purchase for you and your family.
We acknowledge there was a delay before dispatch. Your order was placed on 24 April and they were dispatched on 1 June. That was longer than we would have wanted, and we apologise for our part in that delay.
Since dispatch, the shipment has been with DHL and subject to their international clearance process. DHL required additional information from the recipient to complete clearance and delivery. Our logistics manager has been in regular direct contact with you and has also been actively working with DHL to move this forward. Unfortunately, where the required clearance information is not completed within DHL’s timeframe, the shipment can be returned to sender.
We understand how disappointing this is, and we are continuing to work urgently with yourself to arrange a redelivery of your artwork. We will remain in direct contact with you to agree the next steps and resolve this properly.

Great art, great service…
We’ve purchased from Castle Fine Art previously and went back because we’ve been impressed both with their knowledge but also with the installation service. This time was no exception. Excellent experience from start to finish
We wanted a piece of art for our newly decorated bedroom. We visited the gallery in Marlow where Ben helped us narrow the choices down to 3. He offered to bring all 3 pieces to our house to make the final choice. On the day, Ben arrived with Tony, and together they showed us each one in situ.
We selected the one we wanted and Tony then hung it on the wall. Excellent, friendly service, with no sales pressure. Recommended.

Excellent Artwork and Installation Service
Tony Church accompanied by Tia from Castle Fine Art installed quite a large Bob Dylan piece. Great care was taken to ensure it was perfectly placed and that we were throughly satisfied with the time spent on making sure the artwork was hung professionally and perfectly to our liking. The team also assisted in the repositioning of existing art work to ensure that we were completely satisfied with the purpose of the installation and the changes it encompassed. Both Tony and Tia were thoughtful and very respectful and we highly recommend their artwork and installation service.

Bath Castle Fine Art Gallery
I've been a customer of Customer Fine Art for over 15 years, and have purchased many pictures from their Bath Gallery. Their staff are fantastic - very friendly, loyal, polite, and helpful.
A few days ago all my pictures were installed in my home by Tony Church, and helped by James from the same gallery. All the pictures now look fantastic on my walls! Tony is a true expert, and he very carefully measured where he placed the pictures. He's a master craftsman and very knowledgeable about framing. This has now inspired me to buy more artwork from Castle Gallery in Bath, they have all become friends over the years, and I must also mention Karen and Peter who work there. They are all stars! Thank you Castle Gallery, you know how to look after your clients!

Exceptional install
Sorry for the delay on my review, my grandmother had bought a piece and had an install the other day with 2 lovely gentlemen, Ryan and Nick, they were polite and so helpful with all her queries and went above and beyond with her install, it was really high up however they still managed to hang it.

Perfect installation of a large framed artwork!
We have just had a large limited edition print expertly installed by Dan Gaffney from Castle Fine Art. We were highly impressed with the care and attention to detail that Dan put into the measurement and laser levelling to ensure everything was perfect before even drilling the wall for the two heavy duty brackets that the framed picture required. He even checked the frame for fingerprints afterwards! A brilliant job and our new art work looks fantastic. A big thankyou also to CFA colleagues Mary and Charlotte for their support and for answering our many questions!
