Don't believe in the advertisement
I came to this place (CastleView Dental is a name of Dental facility, behind the name is DOCS UK or Apollonia LTD, you must look at the Company's house on the Government UK site) following the recommendation of Malo Clinic, Portugal. The dentistry was described as their partner and I did not think it will be any probs. How would I know about massive violation of Regulatories? About Covid? About Brexit? About selling dentistry (but not a responsibility)? About my health failia during such of long treatment, providing by general dentist Portuguese nationality (i think for keeping a bridge between UK and Portugal opened, but only for a while) instead of a prosthodontics...and than it will be just lie and torture...and I will be sent in 5.5 years ...to Portugal for my expenses.
The Dentistry has not effective complaint procedure and I am in Court now. But having no confidence , I am literally dumb in front of the defence of the CastleView Dental. They did not ashame to use false documents and different techniques to shut me down. Why they forgot so quickly, I came to them for medical help as well and just ask to return money I paid for?!
Please, don't use them. They even tried to scare me off with court against me for "ruining a reputation". Your reputation is not worth my life! You must care about it yourself, I singed all paperwork in May 2024 about disclosing my Medical Notes to indemnities of both associates, why in 3 months it was not done and you again refused to forward documents to me and then stated "you are not responsible"?" You first time hearing about any problem?"
28.11.2024 I made a Court Claim. I made 2 times an offered to settle Claim out of the Court, because there is not a legal defence for violation Customers Act 2015, but it was refused.
One more word about A Dental ComplaintService: they again started to call me instead of confirmation of their words about going to Court ASAP
