The staff in the shop were very helpful and patient. The delivery drivers were extremely helpful and explained the mechanics of my chair again to me, as I had forgotten. They arrived promptly and were very pleasant and friendly. They were very careful and didn’t disturb anything in my house. I would definitely use them again.

Good staff help when looking for a replacement mattress. Plenty of time with no pressure when trying the mattress. Caston obtained the new mattress quickly and arranged fuss free delivery. Been sleeping on the new Matttess that says it all !

We ordered a 3 piece suite in April. The staff in the shop were friendly & helpful - we were able to take home fabric samples. Suite delivered 20 June - on time!

The staff are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. I cannot fault either Amanda and Michael in the Hythe Store or Travis and Joe delivering the furniture. All were a delight to deal with. Will definitely be getting all my furniture from Castons as the quality is good and the staff are excellent.

Totally satisfied with our suite delivery by Travis and Joe who were brilliant - nothing too much trouble - highly recommended.

I visited Castons and was impressed by the sales assistant Amanda. Amanda was really helpful and her product knowledge helped me.

Had our walldrobes fitted which was good quality and fitted ok one was damaged so they said they would order a new one , a month had pasted so I went to the shop as couldn't get an answer . They said the would deliver I wait d no one turned up . So I called again and they rearranged it but unfortunately the lovley boys couldn't fit it as it was the wrong door a completely different colour . So they damaged the other getting it off . It was rescheduled for the following Wednesday to which I get a phone call that they would be much later than promised . Unfortunately I had an hospital appointment later and that would of made me late so they rescheduled for the next day which they came this morning and it was yet again a wrong door so I have no walldrobe doors on one side . I am very unhappy and absolutely disgusted with how this all irs I now have to wait until a new door comes on again .

My new sofa was delivered today by Travis and Joe. Very professional and friendly. The same goes for Peter in the shop. I would highly recommend Castons Furniture.

Amanda was very helpful and friendly at the point of sale and we did not feel pressurized to make a purchase. The 3 piece suite arrived well before the anticipated delivery date and was delivered by Michael and Travis in a speedy, efficient manner. The icing on the cake is that the furniture is very comfortable.
