Poor quality and poor customer service
I purchased a few items from Casual Company. The products I received were very poor quality and completely overpriced. One of the items I purchased was a belt that cost €16. I later found the EXACT belt on SHEIN for €2. They used the same product photos used on the SHEIN website and also didn't even bother removing the SHEIN packaging when they shipped the belt.
I submitted 2 negative reviews on their website but they never posted them to keep their ratings up. I then tried to comment on their Instagram page about my experience but they removed comments and then blocked me. What a terrible company and horrible way to respond to customer issues.
Please stay away from this company. You can find better quality products for better prices elsewhere!

Beautiful dresses
I have bought so many things from this company and the quality is always spot on. A lovely company to deal with and always happy to help. Instagram messages answered quickly. I've done a couple of returns due to size. But it was easy to do and was refunded quickly. Will always recommend

Clothes are extremely poor quality with loose threads and poor overall service. The jumpsuit arrived with no small bag or any protective packaging. I have never received an item in this manner before. A coupon was in the parcel that had been previously crumpled up by somone. My order arrived in poor condition and felt like it was someone else's returned parcel. Gross and unhappy with purchase.

Having to communicate with this company is very poor, they refuse to do what you have asked refer you to terms and conditions which are unclear and then renage on all promises made - avoid, avoid, avoid!
