I am trying to exchange the size from Small to Medium on the hoodie I ordered yesterday, before it shipped, within the 24 hour timeframe so that I won't have to return it later. Hope this message reaches you in time to make this happen. I find navigating the site is very difficult to make this happen.

Horrible. The items were not as advertised. Extremely large for a small woman. When asked to return the items this company wants me to pay for shipping back to China. Their tone is very arrogant.
I’ve filed a complaint with my CC company.

I ordered two orders today. Two medium dresses. for myself. The second was for my sister , xl to be shipped to Rochester NY. I filled out her shipping address but after I finalized the Order my gift is. Being sent to me in N C. Tried to change it but was unsuccessful. You don’t have a customer service #, just an email that states will respond within 24 hrs. 😩

Even if the shirt/top is plain on the back, I would appreciate you showing the back of the item so there is no guessing how it fits or if there is a print or pattern could be seen.

Easy site to navigate and selection of clothing was attractive.

3 weeks for delivery, shirt is much smaller than a large, material is garbage.

I ordered 3 pants from the company, huge mistake!!
They sent me shorts and ill fitting ones at that.
The items fall just below the knee and I am not a tall person.
Additional the pattern received vs on line does not match what so ever!
Have asked for refund and have received nothing but a giant run around from the company.
Very disappointing!!

In February, 2025 I ordered two shirts for an outing but they did not fit correctly and did not look like the picture advertised.
Yes, I could return them to CHINA for an outrageous cost yet they were mailed to me via Atlanta!
Would never order from them again.

The top I received looks nothing like what is on their website. I sent an email prior to receiving my order to get a status update and I did get a response a day or two later. NOW the email bounces and I can not send them a message regarding my disappointment along with photo's of what is on their website and what I received. Truly disgusting that this is allowed to happen.

Save your money and do not purchase anything from Casufit!! The products displayed on their website are a misrepresentation of the product you will actually receive. The material, design, and overall quality are CHEAP!!!! They are engaging in deceptive practices, committing fraud and do not honor their return policy!!

Wish you had more 100% cotton items.

Please, please, please don't order anything from this site! 3 different items and all of them were of the same course material. One i ordered in xlg got a small! The dress in it's photo was dreamy, my 6 year old could have made it in 10 minutes. It was a sack!

Terrible product quality and misleading item depictions.

What you see in the online website is not what you receive in the mail.

Tremendously impractical material select for worn products, and average quality prints/clothing dyes.

+$70 USD wasted.

Casufit lies. Everything the company sells is not what you see in the picture. I received the items after 6 weeks from the order’s date. The items are all wrong from the fabric to the size. The fabric is not linen but something synthetic I cannot described. The pullover that I ordered is some net fabric painted. I have Ben trying to return it. I sent numerous emails because the site does not have a return option, but received no answer from casufit. I do not consider their price reasonable for the trash they are selling. Do not use this site.

The ordering process was easy. Loved your product choices and the prices were reasonable. I haven't received my items yet. I am hopeful that everything fits and looks as good as the pictures.

I love the unique items. I was looking for an item that was no longer available but found several others. Was happy with the quality of previous purchases. The automatic discount worked.
