They've got good marketing to reel people in to their sub-rated products. I guess as they continue to get unsuspecting people to buy into their SCAM, then they still make their money. My 30-day timeline is almost up to get my refund from my numerous, unanswered emails.
I'm not sure if my shoes cost 5 cents to make. There is nothing worth salvaging on this product.
Lessons learned ... read reviews first.

Never buy anything from this company it is the worst…the shoes I purchased looks like it cost then .25 to make…Plus it took 2 weeks to be delivered and now they don’t want to return my money I’m reporting them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU….California 19098257280

I ordered two pair of rain boots by mistake instead of ordering one pair. I realized my error within minutes of the purchase and quickly sent Casvian an email asking to cancel one pair of boots and refund me the amount. I received a reply stating the boots were already being shipped ( within seconds of making the order? No, I don’t think so) I was told via email to simply return the unwanted pair. It took weeks for the package to arrive. I contacted Casvian immediately to begin the return process for one pair of boots. I received a reply with no instruction or address for return and no method for refund. The email suggested I either “ gift the unwanted pair” or pay to return the item. I reported their practices to the BBB and State Corporation Commission. I sent a reply stating I’d like an address and a method for refund. I’ve not received a reply. I thought Casvian is a company in the US, but I’m pretty certain at this point it’s a sweatshop type business overseas which just makes my skin crawl. Do not buy from this retailer.

I placed an order with this merchant 5/5/25 and still have not received the order. After numerous emails back and forth and no way of reaching anyone via the phone number they list I’ve found this company to be very unreliable. I STRONGLY suggest you do not make a purchase from Casvian. The customer support is horrible since their concern is not customer satisfaction.

I ordered a pair of shoes and it still hasn't left the building. They were ordered on the 18th of June and now it's the 11th of July. Took my $87 and ran, I contacted the FTC (I highly recommend everybody does this, and go to your bank and personally file a dispute.

I ordered boots and was ignored. Only after involving Papal, did tgey send me the product. BUT the boots look nothing like the description. The size is all wrong and they refuse an exchange. In fact, they tried to extort more money to order another one of their bad pproduct.
Don't buy from them!!

it took forever to receive the crappy merchandise. It wasn't as shown on the website.. and even if I wanted to wear the shoes, they were not true to size. I waited with excitement and was extremely disappointed and will put these shoes in the trash. I don't think this company even deserves a 1 star. Stay away ....

horrible customer service / non responsive. cheap items. received partial order cannot get anyone to respond to my emails / phone calls. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered the Black Orthopedic Shoe size 11…The shoes were pure Trash n Very Cheap material…I was Very Disappointed n in Disbelief that you would even Sell this type of Trash to any type of Consumer…Shame on You!👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Fraudulent and misleading!

I’ve placed two separate orders from this website, and both times I received completely different items than what was advertised. The product photos show high-quality wool sweaters, but what arrived was made of cheap, shiny material that looks and feels nothing like wool. The color and fit were also completely off.

This is clearly false advertising and incredibly dishonest. It feels like a scam. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated — it’s not just a mistake, it’s a pattern. No one should be treated like this.

I’ve contacted them and demanded a full refund, because this is unacceptable and frankly inhumane. I trusted this company twice — never again.

Complete SCAM! Cannot even access the website or my order. Their customer service advised for me to accept 70% of my money back, with no product ever received. I had requested the carrier take a picture when delivered and nothing. I also have a RING Camera and no such delivery was ever made on the listed delivery dates. The customer service responses seem to be automated. Be careful and do not order from this company Casuvpra. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

My goodness, I ordered it MONTHS ago and then nothing. Nothing til 5/23/25 that it would be shipped “soon”. Soon finally arrived June 3. I will wear it but it has no tags in it, so size, no care instructions. Definitely not a + experience.

Absolutely the worst company I have encountered. THEY REPRESENTED MENS SHOES AS WOMENS and sizing completely incorrect. SHIPS FROM CHINA!! Buyer beware...contacted but refused to assist and months to return.

I had ordered a bomber jacket for my husband at the beginning of December 2024 for his birthday on the 29th December. we received nothing. I have chased them every month no stop since only to be told it has been shipped once they received the tracking number they will send it over for me to track. 2nd June 2025 today still nothing, now the sales rep called jezell has stopped responding to me as well. I paid quite a lot for that invisible jacket. So frustrated right now. How heartless they are to be scamming people of their hard earned money. may they rot in hell!

I never received my order - twice (they said they resent it… never delivered either) I’m having to fight with them for a refund. I will be disputing the charge if they do not refund.

I never received the order they claimed was delivered and trying to reach customer support via the phone is useless. In addition, DO NOT use Cashapp for your purchase they were of absolutely no help!

I saw the company was in california, so I ordered a phone case, I have been waiting since 2 weeks, still no case, and they kindly provided me a tracking where it s still moving around... in China. I have to leave,I asked them how long it will take was supposed to be 6 to 10 days. Do not purchase there. And no way to cancel.

I bought spectre-polarized-sunglasses

When I received the item, the glaring difference from their ad is the size and the shape of the lens. The ones I received is obviously smaller than that on their website.

Sent purchases back right away cost 17.00 to mail no refund now working with pay pal next Amex

When I kept touch to them they said give back refund 5 to 7 days, but it's been more than two weeks already and they didn't say anything about why!!!
I never again buy from online shopping anymore.
