I ordered four onesies from them a while back. It took six months and me emailing them twice for them to send my order and they only sent two of four onesies and one was entirely the wrong size. I emailed them about the other two onesies and about a replacement for the one they sent that was the wrong size and their customer service said they'd send those to me right away .... That was over a year ago.

Ordered Dec 15. Sent tracking next day. Never sent product

Claimed the product I ordered was out of stock. It has now been over 2 months and the customer support rep I was in contact with has ghosted me.

Ordered an item in October 24, now Jan 25 still no item, at this point fully belive it's a scam. Do not order

ordered 11/17.. got sent a shipping code.. than a 2nd than up to a 3rd code... never got anything.. still waiting for an update or a even email. no idea if i can even get my money back at this point since we are now jan 18th. the tracking I got and even SEARCHED it says Your Order of COVID-19 Tests is Being Processed

If you added an email address when you placed your order, you'll get a tracking number you can use to check for updates when your package ships.

I made an order way back on 2 Nov 24 it cost 100£ and I applied priority postage. It is the 15 Dec 24. End of November I started asking were my goods were as I had not received anything. I have received several emails from different people the first we’re sorry here is the tracking number then sorry I will look into it and yet I still do not have anything. It’s just sad that and the people I was buying them for will not have there presents and I seem to have lost 100£ for the trouble. And Catch don’t care

The products are legitimate and you do receive them, but the delivery takes a long time and their order tracking isn't very good. The quality of the products is inconsistent. I have ordered twice now. My first order was great; I had no complaints except for the delivery time. However, with my second order, which was a more expensive stand, I received it a bit faster, but the stand had a crack in it and the black details on the ball were scuffed. Overall, I wouldn't say it's worth the money due to the lack of quality checks. It's a bit too expensive to gamble on the quality, but if you get lucky and your product is in good condition, it might be worth it.
