Good quality for the price
Crackers were good quality for the price. A box had split open in transit and a partial refund was offered with little hassle.

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. I used WhatsApp to communicate and query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Additional order also placed and paid via a payment link emailed to me. All dealt with in under 5 minutes.

Resolving a delivery issue
Lynette resolved my issue within 30 minutes. Excellent service and very efficient. An excellent supplier with very competitive prices. The delivery courier was letting the company down but we are now on the company’s own delivery and have been guaranteed a first class service. We will continue to be a regular customer.
