Ordered some dishwasher detergent - on arrival Dpd told me it was damaged . When it arrived container was leaking and had been rebagged due to leak / despite telling catering24 this - they refuse to give refund without photographic evidence which we didn’t have due to staff decanting what was left of contents - the liquid 5ltrs were packed in just a box with no protection in the box ! we WERE regular users of this company since 2021 spending over £1000 a year with them but not anymore - Any company that does not take responsibility to resolve its mistakes or listen to its paying customer doesn’t deserve the business !

Needed cups, ordered at about 18:45 and they arrived next day by lunchtime! Perfect service - would recommend and will use again. Thanks!
