Bought a 3 door cooler 5 weeks ago, immediately started leaking liquid through the insulation, they wanted to repair it and I told them no chance replace it, promised a replacement the following week that didn't happen...then last week promised a replacement, this was supposed to happen today, emailed them to ensure the replacement would be on the pick up lorry and got no reply...they have cancelled the pick up with an assurance the replacement will be with me tomorrow (we will see)...no date for picking up the damaged unit, and refuse to give me one(next week, next months, the following month...no commitment)...the response to any issues is "shall i cancel the order" with no effort to rectify the problem...I need a glasswasher which i was going to order from them but not now...customer service is shocking and if you argue the points they say your shouting and threaten to terminate the call...1 star rating is too much praise for them, avoid like the plague 😡

Absolutely amazing company to deal with, I was updated every step of the way, brilliant communication and if I had any queries they got back to me very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them, well done guys.

Could talk to an actual person on the phone, which is rare nowadays. Fast delivery and cheapest price for what I needed. Will definitely use again.

Very Poor customer service. When buying a big piece of kit its all about the Delivery, which because all Caterkwik do for many Items is as soon as you place an order they place one with their supplier, who then manage the delivery etc. Caterkwik absolve all responsibility for what happens next. This is my second order where I have asked for prewarning on the day the good are arriving and a call shortly prior to arrival and in both cases the courier Palletways have just turned up and starting ranting at staff that there is no one there to help them. Well it won't happen again last order I place with Caterkwik

Amazing products and service!
I am a home cook and ordered some Alphin steel pans, and having been guilty of ordering mostly from Amazon Prime of late, boy oh boy am I glad I gave this company a go!
The pans are British made, soo much heavier and sturdier than I'd get from Amazon, no stupid coating that only lasts a year, and still somehow cheaper.
The company actually RANG me before confirming the order to explain the dimensions measured the top rather than the bottom (great attention to detail), and when it came to delivery it was so well packaged and came very quickly.
If you're a consumer and think this company are just for commercial kitchens then break free of Amazon and have a go with Caterkwik!

I ordered a tumble dryer from Katerkwik. The lady with whom took my order was very helpful and informative. The dryer arrived the next day.

We order GreasePaK Bio-Enzymatic Cleaning Fluids from Cater-kwik on a regular basis.
Simple and straightforward purchase and cheeper than everywhere else online, with great, quick communication.
The only slight criticism and it is a vey small one is that you don’t get a VAT invoice sent out automatically which for a VAT registered organisation is a must…
Cater-kwik will sent one out very quickly once a request has been made but ideally this should be sent out as a matter of course for business users.
Other than that very happy with the whole purchase process.

Quick delivery, best price online for the slim bins I was after (which are also hard to find). Very happy with items ordered, good company, will definitely buy from again.

My first order fulfilled and super impressed, I will be back! From excellent pricing, great ranges and super helpful communications I was already really happy to have found you. And then delivery was super quick, no extra charge for being NE Scotland, and all arrived with safe and sound. Very happy indeed!

The product and service from the supplier was first class. It was only let down by the delivery, which was not flexible and only kerbside. The courier had one male and a six month pregnant female so unable to help with lifting the product in place.

I spoke to a REAL person not a call centre. I was kept informed about when my order would be delivered. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful.

When I had a query it was dealt with very efficently.

I would definately purchase from them again.

Bought arrived. Just as hoped

My Whirlpool Dryer had conked out. I was told by my insurance company that there was 1 machine available which was a 15 KG similar to my old machine. The ordering was simple, Mia the sales lady was excellent and i was amazed at the speed of delivery. Machine is already working. Very Happy. The Price was also very Keen.

First class product just the thing for heavy horse rugs. Easy to order, delivered when they said and a great driver really helpful. A very competitive price as well.

I needed a very specific display freezer, delivered asap. Cater-kwik were exactly that, super quick, but the lady I spoke to and placed the order with was particularly helpful and kind, and this made the experience even easier. The delivery agent used was also very good at keeping in touch, giving me up-to-date delivery times.

I once had the wrong trays now I have no trays.
They sent DPD to take the wrong ones back on 15/05/25
