Had my catalytic converter stolen
Had my catalytic converter stolen. I was horrified by the dealers price so shopped around.
The cat. Was in stock st 25% of the dealers price and was delivered next day.
So pleased with the service and advice. The car is running great.

Brougt catalytic converter for lexus ct…
Brougt catalytic converter for lexus ct 200h.
I did ask them before puchase if there is any sound defrance they told no it all wil be the same and sandly car is louder even after doing few thousands miles . Also fuel consumption is bigger when promised it will be all the same . Ask them for brand of the converter they said is delta but for some reasons tracking shows that it came from bm catalyst that i could bay 100f cheaper. Also i have ask them to confirm that but no luck . Woult i bay again ? No would I recomand on Lexus groups ? No .

Thank you for your feed back . as stated before you purchased we have a 10 day return policy if in the unlikely event there were any problems, please remember cats are not silencers and being a brand new cat would not effect fuel usage, suggest engine management not set up correctly, sold over 100 of these units in past 12 months not one complaint from either trade or retail customers,
Strange how you never phoned or emailed with any concerns , maybe your bored with the lock down and had nothing else better to do than moan or maybe your a competitor
DO we want customers like you ? NO THANK YOU ! we prefer straight talking rather than waffle.

Excellent customer service, ordered exhaust on the Monday afternoon and received it next day. Great service under normal circumstances but in the middle of a pandemic it truly is outstanding customer service. Highly recommended and will definitely keep number for future orders

Thank you for your feedback ,, now lets get this correct , yes we do accept returns within 14 days of purchase,, however you wanted to return nearly 3 months after purchase, sorry we are not set up to loan car spares out for 3 months ! i also notice your feedback issued today is 7 months after this matter,, maybe you are in a completely different time zone to us !!
also to get things 101% correct , parts supplied were the correct parts ,, it was a matter of you no longer requiring the parts NOT the wrong parts,

Ford Kuga DPF. Price very reasonable and fast delivery. Managed to deliver next day to garage which was great service. Now car smokes whilst regenerating since fitting and regens almost daily. Main dealer say issue lies with not being genuine Ford part and agree as everything else checks out fine. No offer of exchange only option to buy another and send this one for investigation and hope for a refund

Thank you for your feedback,, however regarding warranty no matter it is a car part or a computer or mobile phone problem the way of the world is for any product to be sent back to manufacturers for a warranty claim / inspection,, it should be noted dpf units do not create smoke,, smoke is created from the engine.
